Chapter 21
Cory's POV
"Why did I run away?" I whispered in the dark. "I'm feeling dizzy..."
A shadow figure appears before me and spoke. "Hey. RM's waiting for you."
"Wh-where?"
"How should I know? You'll know it when you see it."
Then the shadow disappeared, I sighed. More trekking, I guess.
I punched a tree so hard that it fell to the ground, feeling very, very frustrated at this whole thing. My teeth gnashed together.
My hands... are transforming?
I'll always find you, no matter where you go.
Oh, shut it.
Guess you activited it a bit too soon. Tsk, tsk, tsk.
Activited what? I thought. The voice didn't reply.
My hands are going back to normal human hands. I stared at it, shocked.
"More reasons to stay away..." I said. "I guess."
I continued walking, trying to find RM. Hopefully this person knows what's happening at the moment.
--Tem skip--
I found it. The place where's RM waiting for me. I went inside, seeing a girl with white-blonde hair, a fox ears beanie, a navy blue jacket with multiple little white spots, a black graphic shirt underneath, jeans and boots.
"Sup" She said, upon seeing me. "You're Cory?"
"Uh, yeah." I chuckled nervously. "Why did you want to meet me here?"
"Huh? I thought you want to meet me here?"
