Bird's First Break Up Part 2

I am tied to a chair and Kaldur is walking around me saying, "Look at the little birdie. You are too weak to be on this team you should go back to your mother and father oh wait you don't have one you little brat." With every word hit hit me. I was crying and saying he is right.

I shot up and wiped the tears from my eyes I got dressed grabbed a jacket and walked outside to listen to the ocean waves calming sound. When I saw both Wally and Dick sitting in the kitchen. "So are ready to talk or do you need to calm down." I simply pull my hood up and keep walking until Wally walks to me and says, "You know you can cry in front of us Sky we are here to help you through this." I couldn't keep it in any longer I cried into Wally's arms until my brother took over. "What was your nightmare about?" "Him hitting me over and over again making... making me cry and calling me a weak little girl well... bird." "Are you sure I can't hurt him?" I rolled my eyes and walked outside drying my eyes. I sit there with a guitar playing it until the sun straits to rise and my brother is outside watching it with me. I guess we have more in common then I thought. Once that's done we both go inside and everyone is looking at me do I go back to my room.

Artemis' POV

"So did you and Baywatch get her to talk last night after we heard the screaming."  Wally said, "You know she can't help the screaming." "Especially since that was the first time she has slept in days." M'gann said, "Why can she not tell us how she feels? It is not normal for a girl to keep that much emotion to herself." Conner said, "She is crying just not in front of us I can hear it all." Kaldur finally said, "Can you please stop talking about that witch?" "My sister is not a witch and she is not a monster either you broke up with her and the only reason I have not hurt you is because I am doing what she asked." Skylar walk into the room tears rolling down her face while Dick said that. "Sky I'm sorry I didn't know you were there." "D stop Bruce is waiting for us at the batcave and I give up with you controlling your anger do whatever you want to him I don't care anymore." Skylar said then looked at me and left. "She really is heart broken. Kaldur what did you say to her." He replied, "I basically lied to her and said she is a weak, selfish, and immature girl that needs to stay away from me." "I can see why she is crying. You don't tell her that and the people that tell her that will break her. Joker, Scarecrow, and Batman are the only people that has ever broke her." "Wait Batman." She came back and said, "When I first came to live with him. I was very fragile. Dick are you coming or not." "Yeah I'm on my way." He got up and they left. Now that they are gone I threw something at Kaldur. "You know she is a fragile girl out of all of us you should know that." "I know but do you think it is easy letting her down without breaking a fragile girl. I had to break her." Kaldur said picking up his book. M'gann said, "So you get a girl then break her. Do you know what that does especially if the girl is not even 13 yet." Wally said, "Skylar isn't the only one keeping Dick from killing you Kaldur. Don't give us a bigger reason to do it."

Dick's POV

I hate Bruce neither Sky or me can go on patrol for two weeks. But I guess that's good. I came to Skylar and said, "Why can I not at least break him?" "I told you I don't care anymore." "You need to talk to Artemis, Babs, or M'gann." "I need my mother but that is not happening is it." She ran to her room crying and Alfred said, "Would like me to call someone to help her." "No I think I know someone that can get here or to the cave soon. Thanks Alfred." He left and I called Black Canary. I dragged Sky to the cave and while she talks to her I am going to beat up Kaldur if Artemis has not already.

Kaldur's POV

I wish I could explain why I did that to Sky. I now know why she hates Batman. When Dick came back he charged for me with a bird-a-rang in hand. Wally tried to hold him back but it was Skylar's whip that stopped him. "Dick you know there is a no kill rule." "He hurt you, so let me kill him." "He is one of your best friends, he is even like family to you, how did you feel when mom,dad, Ricky, Johnathan, Jonny, Emma, Emily, And Elizabeth died. Do you want to feel like that again?" Artemis said, "Who are those people you two bring them up when one of you try to kill someone." "They are our older siblings. And Sky I will put the this up if you put that up." They put them up and I see Skylar's face turn to worry. She looks at Dick and it looks like their talking. When they run in opposite directions is when I asked, "Can you two translate that into words?" "Skylar can smell someone new, someone that is not human or alien, it's more like a..." "I was right there is a werewolf near the cave." "So I do owe you $100 bucks now. Great worse bet ever." "Suck it up and give me the $100 already." He got out his wallet and took out the exact change for it. What was bad is when the wolf came in the cave. Skylar had her fangs out and said, "Can you handle the wolf by yourselves? And there is more then one." I look at her and said, "You are not going to disappear again you are gonna stay and..." A wolf jumped on me and Skylar threw it across the room. "Find your own territory little mutt." She hissed at it and it growled at her. As one of the dogs came forward Sky said, "Go to mission room all of you." All of them left but me. The Alfa dog pounced on her but she held the mouth open. "Kaldur are you going to stand there or help me or run." I looked at the wolf and hit it making the rest get on me. Once the Alfa was being bitten by her the rest watched for a couple of seconds and ran out of the mountain. Once she was done she threw the dead body and said, "Really. Thanks for the help." "At least I'm not a blood sucking monster." "Your right I am a monster so run." She came towards me and I eventually run towards the mission room and she was right behind once I fall she says, "Next time you call me a monster remember this because I will not control it as much." "So I can't hurt him but you can scare him next you'll say Artemis has shot an arrow at him but I can't stab him." "Pretty much. I won't bite unless provoked to Artemis won't shoot an arrow unless mad enough but you will do it if I'm hurt." I love when she does stuff like that. I hear her in my mind saying, 'Why do we have to hide it from all of them but Conner and M'gann. Dick will kill you. If someone is not around and if you slap me I can't control what happens.' 'You have too Skylar for us now I am so sorry for this.' I went to her and hit her.

Skylar's POV

I fell on the ground with tears in my eyes when he kicked me is when Superboy held Dick down M'gann was on the ground with me and then Batman came in the room. "What happened here?" Artemis was the first to say, "Kaldur hurt Blue Jay again." "Superboy let go of Robin, Robin get your sister, Blue Jay is no longer coming to the cave unless there is a mission. Speaking of tomorrow you all will be going to a meeting of what Jay." I looked at him and said, "You mean Cele trei Clanurile Mystical. Those are forbidden to all of you. I am supposed to go without any human." "Unless you can change one of us." "No I am not doing that. Wait there is another way but it has not been tested." Wally looked at me and said, "All it would need is some of your DNA and that should in theory give us ten to twenty minutes of Vampire time." M'gann said, "What are you talking about?" "Before Skylar went full monster we made something that could be used to change anyone into anything as long as there was some DNA of that thing or person. Skylar could I get a blood sample from you?" Wally said thinking. "Skylar, when it wears off you could die because of this. Cele trei Clanurile Mystical is not safe for anyone." "I know D but do you have a better idea and if you say you could do what I think you are going to say I will not hold back the fangs." That's when Bruce said, "What is this about?"
