The lifted the heavy zebra onto her shoulders. She was surprised when she found food so close to the camp. It made things easy. The sun was almost at its zenith, the heat warm on her skin.

She started trudging through the sand toward the camp.

Before she knew it, she was back. The sun was just peaking, showing it was now the hottest time of the day.

This was usually when they napped.

Humans were so weird, running around so lively at such a time. She trotted torward the house, unaware of the fact everyone stopped still. She dropped the zebra onto the deck and sat down.

With that, she started to groom herself. She liked to be clean before she napped.

For whatever reason, the humans were mad at her. The female was scolding her, saying things in human. She tried to listen, but her eyes were getting heavier and heavier.... Soon, she was sleeping.

Sakura sighed, her head aching. "She's so hopeless!" She turned to Sasuke, who looked rather bored. "|Can you tell your brother she's back?"

Sasuke shrugged. "Cant, he went to the village."

Sakura blinked. Why? Itachi hated going to towns. He liked to stay in his study, or watch animals. It was very rare for him to GO to town.

She sighed.

This is a lot of work. Sure she was training to be a vet, but was all this drama really worth it?

It had to be. After all, this was firsthand experience.

Itachi sat next to the two new people. There was a woman, and a new member, he went by the name of Kiba. He was supposed to be a top-notch animal trainer. The woman, was Ino, a top-notch... blond. Possibly she was good at getting into peoples minds, but he wanted her for something else. If she helped in training the liongirl, that was a plus.

That is, if the liongirl came back.

He stared out the window. Where did she go...?
