Protection

Christian's POV

I woke up and stretched my arm to find the other side of the bed empty 'wheres Ella' I got up, I started to panick I put on my shorts and a t-shirt I walked out the door and there she was sitting on the seat by the breakfast bar laughing at something Derek was saying
'My baby is back'

Ella's POV

I've always been a light sleeper I heard my mobile vibrating on my side table, it was Derek

Let me in

I turned to see Christian fast asleep I stroked his face he looked so peaceful, I wish I could lay here with him all day but my stupid brother decided to come over. I grabbed Christians shirt and put on some shorts and opened the door to Derek
"Derek what the hell, why are you here so early for, don't you have your own house to stay at?"
"Yeah well I was worried about you after you stupid ugly boyfriend kicked us out yesterday"
I smiled he kicked them out so we could have sex overzealous fool.
"Why do you think thats funny sis, that was so uncalled for, I thought I was getting somewhere with his sister"
"Ewww yuk"
"Oh sis she was like 'oh Derek your sooo strong and brave, I wish I had someone like you" while strutting around all feminine and girly like, idiot.
I laughed at how entertaining his story was when I felt someone kiss the top of my head
"Morning baby"
I turned and looked at Christian
"Morning, are you hungry"
"Actually yeah I am"
"Good because Derek was just going to make breakfast"
"What!" yelled Derek
"Yep you woke me up you cook breakfast, thats the deal"
"Argh man"

We spent the next few hours in the kitchen talking and laughing at Dereks stupid stories, Dwayne had shown up with crossiants, my favourite.

I decided to watch a movie in the lounge while everyone else chatted  in the kitchen. When Christian walked in
"Hey baby I was thinking maybe its time for you get back into the workforce, what do you think"
"Really, yes please"
"But you have conditions"
"Of course I do" I rolled my eyes knowing this was to good to be true
He smiled at my childish eye roll
"You are not to be left alone ever!  you must be accompanied by Charlie or myself at all times"
I laughed "Nope"
"What"
"Nope when you were taken do know what I discovered? you have no bodyguard, do you know how good of a MMA fighter I am? I've been in competitions most of my life, trained by the best I could probably beat your bodyguards. So unless you have  Charlie as a bodyguard I will not be followed by someone I will eventually have to protect"
He stood there, I noticed his brows frowning at me for going against his condition, but if I have to stay in this tower for the rest of my life for him to be safe so be it.
"Fine, but you must have Charlie follow you as he is the only one I trust" he said
"Nope you must have him hes the best you have. Find someone else for me, otherwise I won't be leaving this tower" I refused
"Tower?"
"Don't worry about it, I'm not leaving unless you find me someone else and you have protection too"
He was contemplating something because he was deep in thought. A long silence waiting for him to think of someone.
"Fine I've found someone"
I looked at him curious as I haven't seen him move or make a phone call.
He walked into the other room
"Derek would you like to work for me, you can live in one of my apartments fully furnished, kitchen stocked you won't have anything to worry about everything will be done for you?"
"I'm not your slave, and I need at least $50 an hour" Derek replied
"Done"
"Really? shit I should of asked for more, I'm not wiping your ass"
Christian smiled "No its security work, you will be following your sister every where unless she is with me"
I looked at him shocked is he crazy this is one of the worst ideas hes had
"Baby thats not a good idea do you know why we live so far apart he drives me bat shit crazy most of the time" I was begging him
"Hes the only one I trust I know he will protect you, and he knows your fighting style"
"I think thats an awesome idea Christian, word of warning though Derek is a pain in the ass most of the time, good luck sis" smirked Dwayne
"I hate you all right now" I shrugged knowing this was a done deal.
Derek walked over and placed an arm around my shoulder
"We are going to have so much fun sis" Derek smirked
I groaned because I know Christian is right Derek will protect me with his life, and Derek knows me to well. Damnit this sucks.
