Amber screamed out as the two mechs fell beside her just barely missing her. She covered her head as she tried to run but to where? In this mine it was small and two large robot fighting had her to afraid to go anywhere. She ran to the side of the mine. Watching the two mechs she screamed when Megatron kicked primes chest sending him flying into the other side of the mine he struggled to get up as Megatron walked towards him with his sword. Running over to him she stood in front of optimus. Megatron began to chuckle.
"What is a small insect suppose to do against me?"
"Leave Optimus alone!" Amber yelled.
Optimus sighed softly as his optics flickered off. Megatron pressed the top of his blade against the human femme. She didn't move even though he could clearly see she was frightened behind her bold expression.
"This isn't a worthy fight" she said loudly. "Your enemy is down, you can't continue the battle it's not fair"
Megatron found this amusing "do I seem like someone who would care about a making sure the fight is fair?" and continued to entertain himself.
Amber felt stupid for her comment. Her face turned a bright shade of red, She glanced at Optimus who began to stand.
"You need to leave Amber. It is to dangerous here"
"No!" She said sharply.
"The human wishes to still intervene"
Amber stared up at Megatron, as she still stood in front of the Prime. She still wore her fearless expression.
"Just because you're bigger then me doesn't mean I'm afraid of you"
Megatron opened his mouth to speak but a bright green light shinned behind Optimus and Amber, glancing behind her she felt a rush of relief wash over her when bumblebee, Arcee, and Bulkhead came running through the bridge guns drawn and ready.
'Took you long enough'
Amber looked back up at Megatron who seemed to be contemplating his next move, Amber turned to Optimus just as she felt a strong force yank her back. The air had been knocked from her lungs as she felt herself being almost squeezed. She looked around quickly as she found herself in Megatron's servo. Her arms pinned painfully to her side. She could feel tear brimming her eyes and fear consumed her. Her heart was racing and she was already having a hard time breathing.
"This little insect seems to be quite interesting. I wonder how Knockout would enjoy dissecting her" Megatron's optics fell on her.
She heard Optimus yell almost like a battle cry as she was forced out from Megatron's hand, before she hit the hard ground and more gentle and kinder hand caught her. Looking up at Bee she had tears rolling down her face as she cried. Bumblebee clicked and buzzed at her. She was so shaken up she couldn't fathom what was happening right in front of her .
"Autobots retreat! Quickly!" Optimus called out to everyone as he and the other's ran for the bridge that was opening.
Amber's body was shaky and trembling with fear ' I could have died' is all that played through her mind, over, and over, and over again. Almost like a broken record. She felt herself get passed off to someone else as she looked up to see Optimus' face looking down at her. His expression was full of concern and guilt.
"Are you alright Amber?"
She couldn't form words at the moment as she simply shook her head looking down at optimus' palm. She felt a wave of nausea and dizziness roll over her body. Laying down in Optimus' hand she wanted to fall asleep and then wake up so this nightmare would be over. She couldn't handle this life style this whole battle thing. Maybe the other kids could do it, but she couldn't.
I apologize for it being so short and it taking so long. Writers block is a bit*h XD but i'm trying yall so just bear with me for a little while longer and hopefully ill get over this block and start updating more regularly.
