'It's gorgeous!!' I cried as my eyes landed on the beautiful scene in front of me.
'Yeah, I guess they've really gone all out this year.' Cole muttered as he shoved his hands deep into his coat pockets.
My eyes widened at the gorgeous twinkly white and blue Christmas lights hanging high above our heads, attached to the cute little Christmas stores. I smiled at all the couples and children trying to win giant polar bears by attempting to throw the plastic snow balls into cups.
'Oh my God Cole!! We have to go ice-skating!!!' I exclaimed as my eyes landed on the huge ice rink, the ice floor lighting up different colours, red, blue, green, pink, purple, yellow, it was beautiful, especially in the dark. I love winter nights.
'I'm already freezing, do we have to?' Cole moaned, his breathe coming out as cold air.
'Cole. Please, Cole, for me.' I pleaded as I battered my eyelids.
Cole raised his eyebrow slightly before he sighed loudly, 'Fine, fine.'
'I bet you'll fall.' I grinned as I grabbed his cold hand and started to walk towards the ice rink.
'I bet you'll fall before me.' Cole sniggered, his voice croaky.
'No you'll fall first, I don't mean to sound vain or something but I'm a pro, I used to have ice skating lessons when I was younger, I won every comepet-'
'Liv, just shut up I have a headache.' Cole groaned cutting me off, as we joined the queue to pay for Ice skating tickets.
I scoffed loudly a bit taken back by Coles rudeness, even though I should be used to it.
Cole frowned as he realised I didn't reply, 'Liv?' He asked.
To which I folded my arms and ignored him. I was only joking though, he didn't actually offend me, I just wanted to see his reaction.
'I was only joking, don't take it seriously.' Cole said as he grabbed my arm, to which I pulled away quickly as I made a weird 'hm' noise.
'Princess.' Cole smirked as he said the word, his smirk growing wider as I quickly turned around to full on face him as I scowled.
My scowl suddenly dropped as I stared into Coles eyes, his beautiful greeny blue eyes which had me-
'You're so easy.' Cole muttered, smiling as though he was amused.
'What's that supposed to mean?' I frowned as I opened my mouth into an 'O' shape.
'Nah, nothing don't worry.' Cole grinned.
'Cole. Don't you ever think I'm easy,' I started, making sure to mimic his words, 'I'm not one of your little hoes, I know boys like you, too many in fact. Don't think you can just please me and win me over by saying something simple.' I said making sure to sound sophisticated. 'You're such a player, you need to grow up.' I scoffed.
Cole frowned slightly in thought for a while before he grinned, 'If by player you mean I get all the girls, then I guess I'm a player and proud.'
'So pathetic.' I scoffed, as I turned back around away from him.
'How's it pathetic then?' Cole asked, sounding as though he was enjoying this conversation too much.
'You can't just go around having a different girl every week. You say something sweet to a girl, win her over, get her into your bed, then move on. It's quite sickening actually, messing with a girls head, she may mean nothing to you, but in a week a girl can catch strong feelings. And when you leave her after sex, it's a punch in the stomach, it makes her feel worthless. So, Cole, next time you decide to get a girl who is 'so easy' just remember you may mean more to her than you think.' I ranted, sighing as I finished. I guess I got carried away as the whole thing reminded me of Aaron.
'Well then.' Cole coughed slightly as he avoided eye contact with me, either thinking I was stupid and embarrassing or because he was ashamed and felt guilty. I'm guessing he felt guilty.
I shook my head at him before I realised I was at the front of the queue.
The ticket girl looked about our age, she had long black hair and her face was caked in a lot of makeup.'Um, two tickets please.' I said frowning before I looked at Cole, who was now by my side, with his hand shoved deep in his pockets and he was staring at the floor.
'That's £14 please,' the ticket girl said before she smiled flirtatiously at Cole, 'hiya.' She said, confidently.
Cole looked up quickly at the girl.
'Hi.' I said quickly as I handed her a £10 note and a £5 note before Cole could say anything.'I was talking to-'
'My boyfriend?' I asked loudly.
Okay so I know Cole isn't my boyfriend, but I get very defensive when it comes to relationships, and I guess he technically is my boyfriend in public.
The girl frowned slightly.
'Yeah, that's what I thought.' I smiled sweetly before she could say anything.
'Keep the change babe.' I fake grinned at her before I grabbed Coles hand and made my way to the ice skating lockers.'Tickets, kids?' An old man asked in a deep voice as we entered the doorway to the ice skating lockers.
I quickly handed him the tickets as I smiled slightly.
'Cheers.' He replied as he moved out of the way, letting us go past.
'You're a right little feisty one, aren't you?' Cole smirked as he stood next to me as I pulled out a pair of size 5 ice-skates.
'Hm.' I looked away dramatically, pretending to be in a mood with him.
'You can't be annoyed at me,' Cole started as he cupped my face in his two cold hands, 'you just shouted at a girl for talking to me.' He grinned.
'Actually, I only-'
'Shush,' Cole grinned as he used his thumb to close my mouth, 'just be a good girlfriend and get me a size 11.' He cooed, making sure to put emphasis on the word 'girlfriend'.
'No, get it yourself.' I said in a high pitch voice as I pushed his hands off my face.
'Fine, fine. I only asked.' Cole replied, mimicking my high pitch voice, his voice breaking slightly.
'Well, you didn't say please.' I grinned as I sat down on the bench and pulled my timberland boots off.
'Well sorry.' Cole said in a dull tone as he sat down next to me.
'Yeah you should be, God, Cole, where are you manners?' I grinned as I pulled on one ice skate before I turned my head to face Cole.
'I have manners, what are you on about?' Cole grinned back as he stared at my face. Our heads a few centimetres away from each other.
'You know I really don't mean to mess with girls head, Liv.' Cole said quickly as his eyes darted around my face.
'Okay.' I replied quietly, not really knowing what to say as I was too focused on his face. His greeny-blue eyes were like a magnet.
Cole leaned in slightly before he smirked and whispered, 'Can we kiss sober now?'
