Chapter 5

I was hyperventilating on the sofa. What was going to happen? What was I going to wear? What will we be doing? Would we kiss? Would this lead to more dates? When suddenly I got hit in the face by Freya.

"SNAP OUT OF IT!" Freya shouted which helped me with my breathing. "Look phone him and I will do the same with Harry. We will find out what we are doing with the boys and since Cindy's is closed tomorrow we will go shopping. Okay?" I nodded "Good, now you go and phone Chord while I cook the pizza."

Freya walked off into the kitchen and I pulled out my phone. I went down my contacts and found Chord. I pressed the call button and heard it ring.

"Hello, Sophie?"

"Hey Chord I just finished work and you told me to call, so I did. Hehehe. Oh please shut me up otherwise I'm just going to embarrasses myself even more." I heard Chord laugh.

"Don't be nervous. Look I know it's nothing fancy of anything, I mean I can take you to a real fancy restaurant but I fought that you might prefer coming round to my friends flats where I'm staying at the moment. I can cook dinner; we can watch a couple movies, drink wine and just get to know each other. "I didn't say anything, I was speechless. He was just so sweet and he could cook! "I mean we can go to a fancy restaurant if you want..."

"No! I mean I would love just having a chilled out, relaxed evening. Its sounds perfect. What time do you want me round and what's the address?"

"Oh don't worry I will pick you up and if you could be ready around seven?"

"Yeah sevens perfect. Okay I will see you tomorrow then yeah?"

"Yes, see you tomorrow pretty darling. Bye"

"Bye." I said pressing the end call button. I ran into the kitchen and screamed

"I'm going round his friends and he's cooking me dinner! You know how much I love people who can cook!" I said excitedly.

"Well that's good! I called Harry and we are going out Tuesday night to see a movie and have dinner. So shopping tomorrow." I nodded. We ate dinner talking about what would happen on the dates and what we would wear. We finished eating, washed up then watched some supernatural when I got a text from Chord. 'I was so stupid I forgot to get your addresses. I laughed at the text and Freya raised her eyebrows. I told her it was it was a text from Chord telling him he's not stupid and I gave him my address. I then got a text back saying thanks and that he would see me tomorrow. I finished watching a couple more supernatural then went to bed dreaming of tomorrows night date.

The next morning I woke up feeling refreshed and excited. I walked with a hop in my step to the bathroom. I showered and brushed my teeth. I dried my hair and plaited it. Changing from my glee live shirt to my skinny jeans, baggy jumper and UGGS. I put on tinted moisturiser so I didn't need foundation and went out into the kitchen. I found Freya already out there dressed in jeans, a funky shirt and her TOMS. We ate breakfast at left the apartment. Freya drove us in her blue mini cooper to the local shopping mall.

We were shopping all morning and Freya found a lovely aqua dress with a black ribbon trim. She also bought an aqua clutch and black stiletto heels. We went to lunch and I still hadn't bought anything. I was really starting to worry. We were about to leave when we walked past I lovely little store. I had a beautiful light pink dress in the window. It was light pink silk covered in a black lace. I loved it! I ran in the store and bought the dress straight away. I got a nude clutch, nude stiletto heels and a lovely trinket necklace. I was so happy I found the right dress.

When we arrived home I went and changed into my dress. It fit perfectly and really hugged my curves. I did my makeup light with pink eye shadow. I took the plait out of my hair and my hair rested on my shoulders with waves. I added my necklace which lies right on the top of the dress. I put on my new heels and grabbed my clutch with my phone, purse and lip-gloss. I entered the lounge to see Freya watching some random movie.

"So how do I look?" I asked nervously. Freya paused the movie and turned to face me. "Stunning, absolutely beautiful." Just as I was about to thank her there was a knock on the door. I checked the clock on the mantel piece. He was here exactly on time. I opened the door to find him looking extremely handsome. He was wearing black dress pants with a white button shirt.

"Hi Sophie, you look, you look gorgeous. "

"Thank you." I said shyly. "You look very handsome to."

"Thanks. So are you ready to go beautiful?" He replied. I giggled.

"Just a second." I ran into the lounge picked up my clutch and hugged Freya goodbye. I put on my shoes, checked my hair in the mirror, grabbed the door keys and closed the door. Chord took my hand in his and we walked down the hall to the elevator. We waited for it to arrive and I got in. we went down to the ground floor and left the block of apartments. Outside waiting was his black Audi. He opened the door for me then ran round to his. We then left the block of apartment's to drive to the place he was staying at for the day he was here.
