I put on my skates and hopped out the window. Whenever I'm mad or if I just want to be alone I head over to a hidden place in the park. In the very back of the park there's a hidden old oak tree. I'm suprised no one has found it yet, its very relaxing.
I kicked off my skates and started to climb the tree to my regular spot. As I looked out ahead of me, I started talking to the tree. I don't know why I do, but its kind of a habit. I always felt like it could here me.
"Mia?" My head snapped in the direction of the voice. There was someone dressed in black with a mask covering everything but their eyes.
"Dad?"
