Chapter 3

*July 23, 2008, Lunch*

I walked into the cafeteria and sat at an empty table. "Hey newbie." James said as he made his way towards me without his lunch. "I told you my name was Kimberly." I said. "Actually you told Shawn and Shawn just introduced us." He said. "Well then just call me Kimberly." I said. "Sassy. Now come on sit with me and my friends." He said. 'I'm fine sitting here." I said. "By yourself. Come on I promise we don't bite." He said trying to lift me from my seat. "I said I'm fine and I don't like promises." I said. "Come on." He said. "I said I was fine where I'm at!" I said punching him. Some people circled us after I punched him. "Kimberly don't worry he's trouble anyways." Shawn said as I barely noticed him at my side. "I feel so bad though." I said looking at James make his way out of the crowd. "Come on let's sit back down I see the aids coming." Shawn said grabbing my wrist as I used my free hand to grab my lunch box. Shawn led me to his table which only had 5 people sitting there.

*July 23, 2008, after school*

The rest of the day went well after the whole James thing. I was at home in my room doing my homework.

I finished and I went downstairs to get a banana. I went back into my room and started singing. My mom came upstairs and said it was time for bed. I got into my pajamas and went to bed.
