Jalapeño Samoosa

Ingredients:
2 cups of chicken fillet cubes
Hot Crystals sauce
Aromat
2Tbs lemon juice
+/- 4Tbs jalapeño sauce
2Tbs butter
Cheese
Beaten egg
Breadcrumbs
Samoosa strips

Method:
Boil the chicken cubes. Add a dash of the hot crystals sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper, a little sprinkle of aromat, lemon juice, jalapeño sauce and butter. Braise until dry (it will still feel moist). Once cooled, add the cheese and fill samoosa strips into triangles. Dip the samoosas into the beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

This can be fried mediately or frozen for future use. The filling can also be used as a pie filling.
