The gates opened and we were welcomed by bright colored tents and people. Everyone human and dwarf were wearing the brightest of clothes and face paint. Kili stood in awe. I grabbed his shoulder as three large men carrying a large cake was headed our way. I got him out of the way. He looked at me and I gave him the disappointed look. He rolled his eyes and then hit my shoulder and pointed somewhere. I turned to look at a large structure which stood ten feet high. I was amazed at how big the thing was. I was distracted by everything that I had forgotten that I had to meet Thorin somewhere at a certain time.
I was at a booth looking at the beautiful bird that was caged up. I wanted to shoot the bird and use it's feathers for quills. I looked at Kili who was having much fun. I turned around to find master Bofur. His large hat had bright colors painted on it. I then remembered that I had to meet Thorin at the Coal Inn. I grabbed Kili by the arm and being so rude I rushed past Bofur who was about to say something to us.I ran down the bustling streets in search of the Inn Thorin had told me about. I finally had found it after nearly ten minutes of running up and down the streets. The street that the Inn was on was vacant and dull. Thorin sure knew how to find the most exciting Inn. I walked into the Inn. A large bulky man looked over the counter down at Kili and I.
"Hello, we're here for Thorin," I told him in bold words. The man curled his long mustache up and then pointed towards the bar. I nodded at the man.
I walked into the lounge area and there sat four dwarves loudly talking amongst themselves. I walked towards the bar and sat down next to Dwalin. Dwalin put his arm around me and hauled my head towards his chest.
"Oh those were the years," Dwalin sang as he pulled out his pipe. He then let go of my head and patted my head. He was extremely drunk. I looked at Thorin who was in the middle of the three drunk dwarves. He looked at me and gave me a bright smile. He then got out of his chair and fell. Dwalin, Balin, and Bifur all laughed as they looked down at the fallen king. I got out of my chair and went down to my Uncle's aid. He sat up and looked up at me.
"You mister, were suppose to be here over an hour ago. You're in deep trouble," he cried at me. I just sat there and nodded my head. He then fell back and fell asleep. I looked up at Kili who was watching and trying to keep himself from laughing. I put Thorin's arm over my shoulder and I lifted him up. His head hung low and his feet dragged on the floor. Kili rushed over and helped me. I looked at the door manager. He knew what I was going to ask.
"Up the stairs three doors to your right," he answered my untold question. I nodded and went up the stairs. As I walked up the stairs with the large burden on my shoulders, the stairs let out large long moan.
I laid Thorin on the bed closest to the window. There was another bed next to the door. I looked at Kili and he looked at me. I then looked back out the window to watch the dancing lights.
"I really am tired, but the festival only come once a year," Kili thought out loud. I turned to him and smiled at him. I put my weapons down and my bag. I laid everything down onto the bed.
"I'm going out," I simply stated and headed out. Kili followed closely behind. We were going to make some fun tonight.
I danced with a stranger girl. I sipped on my third mug of ale. I looked around me at the bright colors. I then took the hand of the bright blonde haired girl next to me. She let out a laughter as I grabbed her hips and she took my ale. She sipped out of the mug and when she took her lips off of the mug she had foam on her nose. I lightly flicked the foam of with my large fingers. She let out a large gulp of laughter. She then took my hand and began to run. I followed after her. She had the most kindest hands. She seemed to make me chase after her for hours it seemed. Then we were in a dark alley. She politely drank the rest of my ale and began to kiss me. I kissed her back. We got so into it.
"No, not here. We'll do it somewhere else. Come with me," she told me as she moved out of my grip. I nodded like a dumbass. I then looked to find Kili he was also with a girl. I lifted a finger at my girl and walked over to Kili and his girl. My walk was rather strange and not straight at all. I grabbed two coins out of my pocket and threw it at him. He gave me a questionable look.
"For another drink!"
I yelled making my voice echo off the walls. He picked up the two coins and shook his head at me.
"No, you have had too much. Come on, Fili. Let's go to the Inn," Kili told me as he walked towards me. I walked backwards which wasn't easy and I fell backwards. He then grabbed my arm. I pulled out of his grip.
"Hey, don't touch him," my girl screamed at Kili as she came to my side. Kili rolled his eyes and let go of me.
"Fili, you have to come back. Uncle will be furious if you don't," Kili tried to tell me with much reasoning behind it. I spat at him and then laughed. Kili shook his head and then turned away.
"I'm going to go get someone to help. Don't you leave," Kili ordered me. I just laughed at him and rolled onto the floor. Once Kili was gone I got up and looked at my lady.
"Let's get out of here," I replied as I began to drunkenly run away only for me to fall. The girl helped me up and she took my arm once again.
We were in a field. We were far away from the festival. We were passionately kissing each other. I then shoved my lips away from hers. She gave me a questionable look.
"I don't even know who you are," I told her as I let my head fall to the floor. She kissed my neck.
"Its...Bronwyn...I'm twenty." She told me through kisses. Her lips made me feel ticklish. I then began to kiss her again.
And that was all I remembered. I should have listened to Kili. I should have come to my reasoning.
