Sunday, 7:30PM, Torres Residences

Thomas POV

It has been three days since umamin ako kay Ara sa Razon. It still feels surreal lalo na nung ngumiti si Ara at niyakap ako ng mahigpit after. She didn't say those three words but she doesn't have to. I know she loves me. I can feel it. I can see it in her eyes. Naalala ko tuloy yung napanood ko na movie. Tinanong nung guy kung paano daw niya malalaman na in love sakanya yung girl. Sabi nung kasama nung guy na nasa mata daw yun. "The eyes, chico... they never lie."

Ever since umamin ako kay Ara, we're acting as if we are in a relationship. I love it, don't get me wrong. But I still need to court her. She deserves that respect. She deserves it simply because she is amazing and gusto ko din ma-experience niya paano mangligaw ang isang Thomas Torres. Naaaaks. Okay ang yabang ko na naman. Speaking of yabang, chinallenge ako ni Ara na papayag daw siya na mag date kami kung matalo ko siya sa basketball sa may backyard namin. I don't know if she is serious or not. She challenged ME. Me as in Thomas Torres, a Green Archer. I am confident that I will win but I also know that Ara knows how to play basketball. Kaya I'm going to take this game seriously.

I knocked on her bedroom door and after mga few seconds, she opened it. My mouth fell open. No way. I wouldn't be able to concentrate if she's wearing her volleyball uniform while we're playing basketball. Nope. Not happening.

Me: Wrong attire. Magpalit ka.

Ara: Hmp! Manigas ka! Proper sport attire kaya to.

Hinila ko yung ponytail niya at ginulo yung headband niya.

Ara: Ano ba problema mo ha?!?!?!

Thomas: (laughing) Ready ka na ba matalo?

I pulled her closer to me and fixed her hair. I like her hair this way. Shoulder length. Yung natatali pa niya and may headband. She is soooo cute.

Ara: Hmm. Álam mo naman na di ako nagpapatalo.

Me: Kung manalo ka, eh di hindi mo ako maka-date.

Ara: Not my loss. HA! Syempre joke lang yan. Inaasar ko lang si Thomas. Nagpapabebe lang ako ng onti. Hihi.

Me: You know, if I win, winner ka din naman eh. You get to date me. The one and only Thomas Torres. (winks)

Ara: Sus! Tama na salita. Maglaro na lang tayo para magkaalaman na!
