<Adda POV>
---

I had just grabbed this girls arm, ugh, what's gotten into me? I need to talk to her, though. It doesn't matter now anyways.. she's meeting me tonight and if she tries running away from me, I can handle it. After all, I can blackmail here, I already know everything about her...

I immediately let go of her arm and smiled, trying to brush away what had just happened, "I apologize for touching you, and thank you for meeting me tonight. It's a very important subject..."

She gave a nervous smile, fidgeting with her cloth felt and turned after also sending me a small wave, "Sure..."

I took off my fedora as I turned, walking back into the elevator and sighed, "I wonder how that drunkard is doing..."

<Nora POV>
---

I frowned at the lollipop and threw it at the TV, "Where'd Jilly-kina gooo~?" My mind wandered all over the place as I reached for the glass of water. Bringing the cup to my lips, I gulped it down, somewhat relieving the pain of my migraine.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

My attention moved to the door as I stood up. I rubbed my nose red and tumbled over to the door, swinging it open only to see the cute bartender who waited on me, "Oh, hi there cutie~" I purred.

A small blush dusted his cheeks while he straightened his back with a sigh, "Nora, are you alright? Did you get in a fight with that Jilly girl who picked you up?"

"Why does that matter. What matters is how you know where I live," I stood up straight and cracked my neck staring him in the eyes, "Tell me how you know where I live."

The dull blue eyes of his only became more lifeless as he opened his mouth to speak, "I know everything about you." His voice was like a robot, no longer soft and gentle.

It was almost like all the alcohol flushed from my system and I was sober again, "Pardon?"

"Similar to you, I have special powers, too."

"Special Powers?" I spat, turning up my nose to him, even though he was well above a couple inches taller than me-probably around 5 inches taller, 5"9.

"Correct," his voice and expression held no emotion, no life.

I darted my eyes away from his, all the life filling up his pale skin. His face flushed once more as he looked down, clearly ashamed of what he had said. "I plan on meeting Jilly tonight. I'd just like to inform you on that since she won't be home till around 10pm."

My eyes widened as I rammed the freckled man into the wall of the narrow hallway, "Excuse me? What do you mean meet?" My tone was layered with anger.

He furrowed his eyebrows, matching a frown, "If you really must know," he pushed me back gently, "I have something to tell her, it's very important."

My arms crossed, I sneered, "Fine, but if you don't return my sister I'll beat you so much you'll wish you were never born."

Adda smiled slightly and took hold of my shoulders, "That won't be happening, I promise I'll return her to you in top condition."

I huffed and pushed his hands off me, "Of course you will... And stop acting as if we're close buds." I lifted a brow and sat into my hip.

"Sure thing," his smile disappeared as he turned, readying to leave. He brought his hand up to wave as he walked into the opening elevator. He left a soft smell of liquor behind him due to his job as a bartender. He seemed like a soft guy, but I wasn't so sure just yet.

I retraced my steps back into the apparent meant and chugged the glass of water, cleansing my mouth of the bitter taste of alcohol. The pain that had enveloped my head loosened as I continued to drink the cold glass of water. My sanity slowly came back, letting me see straight again. I set the tall glass down and walked over to the door, pulling on my brown boots that I had thrown over here. There was no need for my jacket since I was already wearing a sweater. I flicked the switch, triggering all the lights in the living room and kitchen to turn off, leaving the rooms in darkness. Twisting the knob in the door, I stepped back out into the hallway. But something was different, this hallway gave me the shivers, as if something had happened here. A sharp pain pierced my temples as the sight of my own dead body appeared on the sidewalk. I shut the door behind me and looked over at the clean window at the end of the hallway in horror. Another pain. My body flying back up from the window, pictures on the wall putting themselves back in place... 'What is this?' Confusion took over my mind. "I have to find Jilly," I muttered as I hurried over to the elevator, frantically pushing the button. "Too slow," I growled and walked over to the emergency exit, running down the stairs and nearly tripping a couple times.

Finally reaching the lobby, I burst through the door and saw Jilly walking around outside in the rain, her hair soaked. A tall man, who I'm assuming is Adda, was with her. I hurried my way outside, my hair immediately becoming soaked as well. Red strands of hair glued to my face as I looked at Jilly's surprised expression. But that expression soon turned into one of anger, "I thought I told you not to go anywhere!"

"No no no, I'm fine now, I promise! B-but... I just-... I have something really important to speak to you about," I bit my bottom lip.

The tall man, who was Adda looked down at me, "Your friend and I were just about to go back inside... And I think you should come with us."

Jilly frowned, it seemed she didn't want me coming along. That's too bad, then... I'm coming along, even if what I have to tell Jilly is none of Adda's business.
