"What are you doing here?  What am I doing here?" Dick asked.  "I thought you wanted me dead."

"I do," Ra's said simply.

"Well, thanks for the explanation."

"It appears that your brothers downloaded every file I had on the main hard drive.  May I ask why?"

"Like I've previously stated, we're here to gather intel," Dick responded.

"I note that you are not very cooperative.  How about a trade?"

"What kind of trade...?" Dick asked his interest sparked.

"Your freedom."

"And why should I believe you this time?  You didn't very well follow through with the last deal, now did you?"

"It is under different circumstances.  When I last interrogated you, you had something I wanted.  Information; once I got that I could dispose of you.  Your brothers stole something very important from me.  That something jeopardizes my mission."

"I don't suppose you'll let me in on what that something is," Dick replied.

"I may, but I need to know of your brothers location," Ra's negotiated.

"You talk first," Dick returned.

"How do I know you will follow through with our deal?"

"Hey!  I'm not the one who ordered his daughter to pour Anthrax down the throat of my, for lack of better word, partner, to signal the end of a deal," Dick reminded.

"Fair enough.  Note that if you go back on your word, you will regret it," Ra's warned.

"Are you going to continue to issue threats to me, or are you actually going to tell me?"

Ra's cleared his throat, preparing for speech.

Jason drove the Nightbird back into the construction site, after recently dropping off a mercenary at a nearby police station.

"I made a stop at a local convenient store," Jason informed.  "Picked up some supplies to make a Molotov cocktail.  Figured it could come in handy."

"And where did you get the money?"

"Do you know how easy it is to influence someone to give you whatever you want with a switchblade?" Jason asked.

"You robbed them?" Damian asked bewildered.

"No, Littlewing!  Jeez, I was kidding," Jason amended.  "I found some cash on the mercenary."

"Of course, of course.  Let us go to the base," Damian suggested.  "From there, we can form a plan for infiltration."

"So soon?  Don't you want to take a break before we raid a mercenary base?"

"Tt," Damian answered curtly.  "We must eradicate them.  Filth such as them do not deserve to walk the same earth that Grayson did."

And with that, Damian turned on his heel, ambling his way to the Redbird.

Mercenary base...

"The fence looks rusty, perhaps we can cut through it with the switchblade, and there is one tower at every point where the fence meet.  It appears there are two, maybe three, hummers patrolling the perimeter of the base.  The hummers' tires do not appear to be reinforced, so a well aimed projectile can render them useless.  How well is your aim, Todd?"
