My Boyfriend

"Jacob!" I squeal halfway through the video I was watching. Jacob is my boyfriend and he is hanging out at my house today. We've been dating for about a year now, and I love him with all my heart. He takes care of me when I need it and everyday he texts me about how much he loves me. He is so sweet.

"Yea Beth?" He called out from the kitchen. Before I even started talking again, he came out with two mugs of tea, and gave one to me. I took a big sip of tea before putting it on the coffee table in front of the settee. I then spun around my laptop to show him what I was watching. The entire time he is watching the video, I am bouncing up and down on the settee trying to read his expression.

We are both really big fans of the MAC, or Magic Animal Club. If anything, I think i was a bit more of one, but his eyes lit up when he saw that they were coming to Minecon, in the next town over from ours. It was announced on a vlog that IBallisiticSquid made, but the thing was, he was announcing that they were going to Minecon, which started tomorrow. There was no way I was going to let Jacob and I miss out on the chance to meet our idols, so I hopped over into his lap, moved the laptop on the coffee table, and looked up at him with my best puppy dog eyes possible. He just picked me up and went to put his mug in the sink. Then he turned around and looking upset, he sat down on the settee and pulled up the website for the tickets.

"Beth! These tickets are crazy exspensive. There is no way we could afford them. You know if we knew sooner, the tickets would have been cheaper." He looked up from the laptop to see me on the verge of tears, but I shook my head in agreement. I wish I knew sooner so we could have bought the tickets for less money, but Squid decided to wait to the last moment for this life changing announcment. He saw how upset I was so he brought me in for a hug. "What would you like for dinner, Beth?"

"Your staying for dinner? YAY!" I was so happy that I would get to spend more time with him. "How about spaghetti and garlic bread?" He looked around uncomfortably.

"Im not sure how this has never come up when making dinner before, but I am actually allergic to garlic. How about we just have spaghetti?"

"Well of course. I mean if your allergic to garlic then its not like we would still have it." YAWN. I suddenly got really tired, probably from all of the excitement from the day. "Sweetie, would you mind if I go lay down while you make dinner?"

"Sure honey. Hope you feel better when you wake up." As he said that, I put the remainder of my tea on the coffee table and layed down. As I was laying there, I turned on my laptop and watched a video of Stampy's Lovely World while I fell asleep.

I woke up to the smell of pasta and to Stampy's contagious laugh and bubbly voice. I got up, pouring the last few drops of tea into my mouth, and wandered into the kitchen, where I saw Jacob putting the food on the table.
