Stampy's POV
After I recorded some videos, I realized something. I really do love Sqaishey, and if there is any chance of us starting a family together, I can't turn into a monster every month. I need to fix my. . . problem. I hopped onto my bed with my laptop, and looked up some doctors offices that have specialists to cater to my needs. I finally found someone, who could help, and planned a meeting for today at 7 am.
I glance at the clock to find that it is almost four am, so I start getting ready. By six, I am showered, dressed, and I made breakfast. I would have brushed my hair, if there is any chance of fixing it, but sadly there is not. I was eating breakfast when Amy came downstairs, in a robe and face mask. I found my self giggling a bit as she poured herself some water for her tea.
"Hey Miss Pink Mermaid." I chirped while eating a piece of toast. She groaned in response. I stood up with my toast, and started walking to the door.
"Stamps. Why don't you sit down and finish your toast?" She said yawning. I thought for a second and then grinned.
"Because Amy. There is simply no time." I yelled, and then waited for a second, before hearing crashing from upstairs, and seeing a wild Sqaishey come bounding down the stairs. She picked up another piece of toast, and started walking next to me, both of us laughing and saying "There's no time." Finally, I looked at the clock and saw it was 6:30, and I needed to go for my appointment.
"Hey guys, I have to go to the doctors. I'm not feeling the best." I started walking out, feeling weird stares on my back as I left.

Time Skip

"Garret, Joseph. The doctor will see you now." I nervously walked to the office, and sat down on the examination bed.
"Hi Mr. Garret. Why are you in today?" The doctor asked while taking some vitals.
"I was told you could help with. . . special problems." I looked down, ashamed of what I had done to myself. I quietly continued. "I had an operation done here, where they turned me into a monster, so I wouldn't have to sleep." He looked down at a folder in his hand, and nodded to himself.
"Ahh, yes I see Mr. Garret." He stood up off his stool and opened the cabinet next to him. He pulled out a few containers of colored liquid, then snapped on a pair of latex gloves. Finally, he pulled out a large needle, and mixed the liquids together. He walked over and set the needle down on a silver tray, before turning me over, and shoving me down so I was laying on my stomach. He took the needle, and swiftly jabbed me in the back, making my nerves tingle with pain.
"That should deal with your situation. But if it doesn't cut it, it might be irreversible at this point. You should have come in sooner." He said, looking back at his folder, and writing a few notes. I kept sitting there, until he looked up and used his head to point to the door. I grabbed my jacket from the examination table next to me, and left, still buzzing with pain.

Sqaishey's POV
I was just settling down to play a game of Monopoly with Amy and Squid, when Stampy came through the door, shaking and covered in sweat. I rushed to his side, and led him over to the couch, where he collapsed. Amy rushed into the kitchen to grab some wet cloths, and some tea, while Squid hurried around looking for pillows and blankets. I lifted my hand to his forehead to feel him burning up. He was blinking in and out of consciousness as Amy put the towel on his face.
We decided to try to let him rest, occasionally switching out the wet cloth with a new one. By the time we checked on him at almost 7 pm, his temperature was much cooler, and he wasn't breaking out in cold sweats anymore. Finally, he woke up and looked over at me.
"Hey duck. What happened?" He asked rubbing his head like he got hit, and then taking a sip of the cold tea from the coffee table.
"To be perfectly honest, I'm not sure. You came home from your appointment sweating, and then you passed out. We took care of you though." I smiled at him, while grabbing a fresh cup of tea from the kitchen, and throwing away the one he was drinking. "Why did you go to the doctor's anyway?" I asked sitting on the settee next to him. He pulled me in to him with his arm, and looked me in the eyes.
"I'm not a monster anymore Sqaishey." He said smiling at me. I gave him a confused look, so he would clarify. "The doctor gave me a shot that will hopefully let me live a normal life. He said it should do something to cancel out the serum from before." He took a stray piece of my hair, and stuck it behind my ear. I just looked into his eyes until a worried look crept into them, at which point, I pulled him in for a lingering embrace.
He yawned, and knowing that he hasn't slept in a long time, I led him to his room, and helped him get into bed. Before he drifted off to sleep though, I gave him some tea and medicine, as well as putting another wet cloth on his forehead. I stood there, keeping an eye on him until I heard his soft snoring, and then left to go record a video or two. I finally also drifted off to sleep, happy knowing Stampy was getting sleep, and I'm sure it was lifting a weight off of Squid's shoulders as well. I dreamt of him that night, and what would have happened if he hadn't become a monster in the first place. We never would have met.
