Wiess's pov
Past
"You can never do anything right can you?!!" father scolded me. The White Fang had ruined yet another plan for the Schnee Dust Company, and I was the one to blame.
"I'm sorry father" I said with my head hanging low. "Bullshit!! You were supposed to make sure this didn't happen!" he yelled.
The door opened and one of the guards stepped in. "Sir, another crate of dust has been stolen" father sighed in frustration. "We'll talk about this later Wiess, for now you are dismissed"
I nodded and quickly left the room.
Present
He never really did pay attention to me after I "screwed up". I don't really mind. I hated him after he started abusing me.
"Wiess! Are you listening?" I looked up and saw Winter standing there. "My apologies sister, you were saying?" I said formally. She rubbed the bridge of her nose and sighed.
"Never mind, just make sure you do your homework and study" she said before leaving my room. I already finished my homework and checked it over three times to make sure I was correct.
I set down my work on the desk and looked over at the mirror hanging on the wall. I walked over to it and stood, looking at my reflection.
Mirror, mirror, tell me something? Who's the loneliest of all?
My name is Wiess Schnee. Heiress to the Schnee Dust Company. I don't have much friends and tend to get straight A's in all my classes.
I'm just waiting for perfection to hit me.
