Chapter 14

Sun's pov(because he's a little shit)

Ruby and Neptune were playing their favorite video game while everyone else watched or partied. If we're being honest, we only invited Juane, Nora, Pyrrah, and Ren but Nora invited a "couple" of "friends".

I say in the corner waiting to see if Yang would actually come and talk to me. I told Qrow to tell Yang if she can come talk to me, and that was about two hours ago.

"BLAKE!!" I heard and looked snapped my gaze towards the door. There, indeed, stood Blake but that's not what caught my attention. It was the the shirt she was wearing. It was a black shirt with the fading words "If You Can't Stand Me Sit Down".

I clenched my jaw and looked away. "Blake where have you been?! Are you okay?!" Ruby asked while giving her a slight hug. Blake smiled and nodded. "I'm fine Ruby, don't worry" she said. She looked up and we made eye contact.

She nodded her head upstairs and walked away from Ruby. I unclenched my jaw and followed her. When I got up there, she closed the door behind me and walked over to the window. She opened it and I couldn't believe my eyes.

So that's where Blake's been.

Yang's pov

I started getting ready to go back to the place I called "home". I put on a pair of black skinny jeans along with my favorite yellow shirt that said "I'm A Damn Genius". I put on my black Converse and grabbed my black and yellow flannel and fingerless gloves.

"I'm going with you" I turned to see Blake. She wore a pair of purple leggings with black shorts over them along with my shirt with the fading words "If You Can't Stand Me Sit Down". I shook my head and strapped on my gloves. "No you're not." I said sternly.

She took a step towards me and looked me in the eyes with a serious look. "Yes. I. Am." Why can't life give me a break!?

Time skip

"Can you not be so reckless!!?" I smirked and drive faster. Yes, Blake convinced me to take her with me so that she could tell every one she was fine. "Can you not be such a baby?" I yelled over the wind. I smirked when she didn't answer.

I slowly pulled up to the parking lot and heard the faint sound of loud music coming from the house. I stopped my bike and turned off the engine. Blake got off and waited for me.

"You got a plan?" she asked handing me the helmet I gave her. I sighed and nodded. "Yeah. When you walk in, I bet Ruby will be the first to notice you. When she does she's gonna scream and catch the attention of Sun. Sun will probably be in the back waiting for something good to happen so try to make eye contact. When you do go to my room and he should follow since he has a thing for you-"

"He WHAT!!?" I ignored her comment and continued. "I'll be waiting on the tree so just open the window and I'll come in. When I step through the window, I'm gonna need you to take cover because thing are gonna get heated." I looked at her and she gave me a confused look. "Literally." I said. Suddenly, Ember Cilica activated and caught on fire. My weapon knows me so well!!

She nodded and jogged up the steps. Before she opened the door, she turned and have me a smile then walked in. "Alright Yang, just climb the tree and wait" I said to myself. I walked over to the tree that, just so happens to be by my window, and started to climb.

When I made it up the branch, I got into a squatting position and waited. "Come on Blake" I mumbled as a couple of minutes passed by. Finally, the door opened and I saw Blake walk in with Sun following. He looked so confused as she walked over to the window.

Ember Cilica's fire went down and she opened the window. I jumped through and stood up to face Sun. Different emotions flashed through his eyes but the one that stood out the most was anger. I smirked.
