To say that he was shocked was an understatement when he saw her enter his office wearing a loose dress, probably because of her baby bump, her hair tied in a messy bun and her expression same as a warrior going in a battle. What is she doing here? He can't help but wonder.

"What reason do I owe this personal visit from you Williana?" he asked her the same way she asked him that time she decided to ruin his business deal with the Macrostis.

"What the  hell Vlad? What gave you the idea that I will obey your decision? I am not your responsibility and you have no right to tell me what I should do" She said angrily. How dare him? How dare him command her like he own her.

"You gave me the right when you conceived my child. My baby's well being and safety is my top priority right now. And I need to see for myself that you and my child is well taken care of. That is why I need to live with you. I will protect my own and that covers you and my child now" he stated matter of factly which irritates her more.

"I can take care of myself and my baby. You don't have to go out of your way to do that. And keep in mind that I am not going to bend over your demands just because you are my baby's father. This baby is mine and I will protect him no matter what. I will put my life to it and that means me and my child don't  need you" she emphasized.

"The child is mine. You wouldn't deny me of my child. And whether you like it or not, you will live with me" Vladimir gritted out.

"No!" and she turn her back on him to storm off but she felt pain in her womb and she instinctively put her arm protectively around her tummy.

"Hey what's wrong? Are you alright?" in a split second, Vladimir is already beside her, worry written all over his face as he looks at her.

"I... I'm fine" she forced herself to say.

"No you are not. Let's get you home. I will call Ms. Montelo to check on you" and then without warning he carried her.

"What are you doing?" she asked him wide-eyed.

"Shhh. Don't fuss Will. You are in a very fragile condition and I realized it wouldn't do any good to upset you. But I really want to take care of you right now Will, please allow me to do so. I need to ensure that you and my child are safe and in good hands. I can't live with myself and continuously worry about you" he gently said and the almost pleading tone undid Williana so she finally said.

"Fine. But I have my own conditions too. I would live in your house but that doesn't give you the right to interfere with my life. Ofcourse, if it involves my baby then I will reconsider. I will do my best not to interrupt or meddle on your own business but don't expect me to stay still when it involve me. We'll have different rooms and we'll respect each other's privacy. Are we clear on that?" she chanced a look at him and saw how his forehead creased.

"If you really want me to live with you that is my condition. Otherwise I won't agree on this" And she saw his answer before he even uttered it. It was in the resigned expression on his face.

"Alright. Let's live together under your conditions" then she felt the soft cushion as he gently depositted her in the passenger seat of his car.

"Hello Ms. Montelo. It's me Vladimir... Yes. I want you to do a check-up at my house... No... I'll tell you later... Yes... Thank you" she heard him as he talk to the doctor.

"Are you comfortable in your seat?" he asked her. She nods because she didn't know what to think of his actions. He seems to be the gentleman that he was as her husband. And Williana didn't want to see that side of him again because it makes her recall the emotions she swore never to feel again after her father's death.
