"Y/N I need to tell you something." Your boyfriend Hansol and you were sitting in a restaurant, and just after you had finished your food, he became quiet. After a few minutes he spoke up, and that is when he broke your heart.
"What is it?" You asked sweetly, taking a sip of your wine. Hansol fiddled with his fingers and looked at you nervously.
"You see, lately I've been coming home later than usual..." You raised an eyebrow. "I have been saying that it was because of work but... I'm seeing someone else."
You almost dropped the glass in your hand on the table. You couldn't believe he cheated on you. Instead of talking, you simply just stood up, took your bag and coat before heading to the exit, leaving Hansol sitting by himself with the bill.
Walking down the street, you decided to call up your friend to go clubbing; you needed to take your mind off it.
"Hello?"
"Hey Taeyeon you free to come clubbing tonight? i just found out that Hansol has been cheating on me and I need to have fun."
"Oh my goodness I am so sorry! That dickhead! I really wish I could come but unfortunately I'm on a date tonight remember? But I can cancel if you want?"
You knew that she really wanted to go on this date, so you told her to go and have fun; you could go on your own.
"Please be careful Y/N!"
"Ne~"
You hung up, quickening your pace to reach the club you usually went to; you knew the bartender there so you felt a little more safer.
The smell of sweat and alcohol hit your nostrils as you stepped inside the club, people dancing everywhere, having a good time. You walked straight over to the bar, greeting the bartender that you knew well, his name was Johnny.
"Hey Y/N! What can I get you?"
"Just a vodka coke please, no lemon." He nodded and went away to do your order. You sighed and looked at the people grinding on the dancefloor. You realised you weren't in the mood for this, so you decided to go after a couple of drinks.
"What's up with you? Hansol again?" You turned your attention to Johnny, who had placed your drink infront of you. You took a sip before smiling bitterly.
"He confessed he was cheating on me." Johnny's eyes widened and he shook his head.
"The fuck?! He's insane really, don't be upset by it." You shrugged your shoulders and turned your attention to the dance floor again.
"Hey Johnny!" You heard a guy next to you shout your friend's name, and you listened to them chat eagerly, like they hadn't seen each other in years.
"Oh Y/N this is my friend Jaehyun!" You turned your head to see a handsome man smile down sincerely at you, and you grinned before introducing yourself.
"Hi I'm Y/N," you awkwardly put your hand out and he shook it lightly.
Wow he has smooth hands you thought to yourself.
"Why are you here alone?" Jaehyun asked, before taking a shot that Johnny had just given him.
"Classic boyfriend troubles. Well ex-boyfriend." He made an 'o' shape with his mouth and looked at me in pity.
"What about you?"
"Same sort of thing really, except for I'm not alone, my friend is over there, attached to his new girlfriend" he pointed to a couple who were on the dancefloor, and when the guy turned around, you recognised that face immediately.
"You've got to be kidding me." You mumbled, and downed your glass before ordering a shot.
"Wait you mean?"
"If that's Hansol over there, then yeah, that's my ex who just confessed he cheated on me. I'm assuming that's her."
You took the shot, then looked at Jaehyun who didn't really know what to say.
"I'm really sorry-"
"It's fine, I'm not really that bothered, I'm not going to lie I haven't really loved him for the past few months."
Jaehyun nodded before ordering another shot for both of you. You smiled as a thank you before he started small talk and you got to know each other a bit better. You learned that he was a little older than you by a few months, and he was studying performing arts at a famous college. He lived alone and owned a puppy called tiger, which was strange.
A few shots later, you found yourself relaxing with him a bit more, and he was genuinely really funny. You slowly got closer and closer to each other and you could feel yourself wanting to spend the night with him.
"Care to dance?" He smirked, half drunk. You nodded and you both stumbled onto the dancefloor, grabbing each other for support as you were laughing so much. As you both danced you felt as if you needed to get closer to him, so you bravely put your arms around his neck. He responded by sliding his hands around your waist, making you sigh happily. Soon after, you found his lips on yours, and you basically made out infront of everyone, not that you cared.
You tripped over the mat as you entered Jaehyun's flat, and he laughed at you adoringly before he pressed you up against the wall, attacking your lips. You wound your hands through his hair as his hands crept up your shirt and caressed your exposed skin. You moaned as he bit your lip and pulled slightly, before moving his tongue across your bottom lip. You gladly gave him entrance and he explored your mouth, squeezing your hips every now and then. After a while he pulled away and leaned on your forehead, trying to get his breath back. You grinned at him before he took your hand and led you into his bedroom. He pushed you onto the bed and hovered over you, examining your face for a few moments, he then moved a stand of hair out of your face and whispered:
"Are you okay with this?" You were touched that even though he was drunk as hell, he still had the decency to ask. But as he asked you, you seemed to come back to your senses and realised what was happening. You couldn't sleep with a random stranger, you had better morals than that. Jaehyun also realised that you were hesitating, and he rolled to the side next to you. He found your hand and intertwined his fingers with yours. "It's okay," he spoke softly "I don't usually do this to let you know, so I'm kind of glad in a way, don't take that offensively." You smiled and looked at his beautiful face. How lucky can you get.
"Thank you." You whispered, and he lifted your head and inserted his arm underneath it so you were laying on his arm. You turned towards him and brought your intertwined fingers to your mouth, where you kissed his hand affectionately. You heard him sigh happily and you giggled, causing him to break out into a huge smile.
"Goodnight" he whispered, before planting a kiss on your forehead. You snuggled up closer to him and soon your eyes fluttered closed.
