Chapter 22 : The Battle Of The Cheers!

-POV : Lucy Heartfilia-

“Places everyone! Fall into six lines according to your years! Grade seven starts to fall in line from the left, and followed by the next year levels!” I heard Erza said, I was busy lining up the cheerdancers, since they’re the ones to be infront, they will be the ones doing the sadsad.

(A/N : Sadsad is our term in school when there will be cheerdancers dancing infront of the line of the other students and started cheering and dancing while they are going around the school! They stop until they arrive their own stations, they and get to be prepared for the contest!)

We were fifth of the twelve schools that entered the cheerdance. We were all in our uniforms, well except for the cheerdancers, they were in their cheerleading uniforms color of red, yellow, black and white with long sleeve on the top and wearing skirts above their knees, with long black socks under their knees and white tennis shoes. For the boys, they also have long sleeve and pants, with white tennis shoes.

“It will start now!” Natsu signaled Mira-san.

She nodded and the cheerdancers started to dance and cheer. The band, at the very last row of the line, started playing instruments as well. And we the council, encouraged the students to participate in cheering!

“Fairies. Assemble.” Mira-san shouted. “We’re Fairy Tail High and here to win, let’s go, go, go!”

“ Sparkle to sparkle! Dust to dust! We will never give up! We’re up, we’re up! We’re down, we’re down! We’re here to raise the top! We’re fast and furious! If you’re gonna stand our way, we’re going to beat you! Oh Fairies, oh fairies, let’s fly high until we win!”

“Go Fairy Tail High! Aha, we’ll win this! Aha we’ll win this! Let’s cheer up until we win!”

“Let’s go~ Faires!” Mira-san shouted and we all clapped and all cheered. “Let’s go~ Fairies!”

Having fun with it! And after repeats of it, we’ve arrived at the backstage of the gym, using the entrance at the back of the gym, we the council and the cheerdancers only can go here, while the others were already finding their seats at the audience.

Here now at the backstage, together with Natsu and the others, we’re here to say our good luck to Mira-san, Lisanna and Juvia.

“So good luck Mira-san, Juvia and Lisanna!” I said to them.

“Yeah good luck.” And the others also said to them.

“Thank you everyone.” They replied back. “Fairy Tail High get ready it’s your turn next!” The emcee announces.

“Oh we must be preparing!” Mira-san said. She clapped her hands. “Get places everyone!”

They all fall in line and Lisanna and Juvia were her sides.
