Chapter 31 : Unlock The Water Lock

“Even though you’re that far, I still can hear you because of my ears. Because I am… I was a…”

“A dragon slayer.”

^^ - - - Months Later - - - ^^

“Zeref dear, I’m going now.” Mavis said as she kisses her son’s forehead and kiss Zeref on his cheek. “I’ll be back at 6 in the evening!”

And with that, Mavis closed the door and Zeref sighed, his eyes turned dark and murmured. “Darkness… Humankind will pay, for not accepting me.”

His five year old son tugged on his shirt. “Can I go to school now dad?”

He looked at him and his face softened. “Right, thank you Kei…”

“Gray! About our project in English…I’ll…” Juvia said as she walking towards him. When she looked up at Gray a girl was with him, about their age and Gray didn’t’ pay much attention to her. Juvia hid from them. Gray-sama… Juvia tensed up. Why did I just call him Gray-sama? She blushed. But that girl… Is getting on my way… Her face darkened.

“Prom is just weeks away!” Levy said with glee. They were sitting on a table beside a tree on the school grounds.

“You’re excited because Gajeel will ask you… Right Levy-chan?” Lucy raised her eyebrows up and down.

Levy blushed harder and bowed down. “T-That’s not it!”

Erza looked at Juvia, she was surprised that Juvia was depressed. “Juvia are you okay?” Erza asked her.

Juvia shook her head. “I’m fine Erza-san, I’ll skip lunch for today I need to do something.” She stood from her seat. “I’ll be at the library if you need me.” She walked with gloom. She leaves everyone with a question mark in their head.

“What’s with her?” Lucy looked around. “Where’s Gray-nii?”

“Maybe it’s Gray that bothers Juvia…” Loke said.

I don’t know why I’m feeling like this… Juvia thought. Like the way I thought of Gray and Lucy danced during Lisanna’s birthday, they’re siblings, nothing more, nothing less… Like the way some girls fangirling over Gray, it’s not that important right… Like the way he goes with other girls… Like the way he goes with that Mary Hughes… She clutched at the right side of her head with her right hand. What’s happening to me these days? I felt something weird inside of me…

Juvia’s eyes widened as she saw Gray and Mary Hughes holding hands while they were going their way to where Juvia is going; the library. She gasped. They’re together?! She thought and then * SLOW MOTION MODE : ON * Gray looked at her and he was surprised. * SLOW MOTION MODE : OFF *

I wouldn’t allow it! I wouldn’t allow that Gray has taken by another girl! She covered her mouth and was shocked on what she has been thinking.

Damn it! Juvia’s looking!

Juvia ran away, Gray let goes of Mary’s hand and chased after Juvia. “Gray Fullbuster! The contract!”

Gray growled. I don’t care about that useless contract! I need to apologize to Juvia

Gray followed her until she goes inside of the comfort room of the main building on the very first floor. Gray opened the door and saw Juvia crying on the floor. He walked slowly to her and kneeled in front of her.

“G-Get away from me!” Juvia said crying as she tries to push Gray away from her on his chest. “I-I hate you Gray!” Then suddenly he cupped Juvia’s face and kissed her with all his passion. Gray let go of her and then Juvia stood up walking away from Gray. “W-What are you doing?” She said nervously as she backed away from him. Gray stood up and came closer to her.

Until Juvia felt her back against the wall and Gray smirked and his hands cupped Juvia’s face again. “Don’t be afraid, don’t you dare tell me again that you hate me, ‘cause if you will, I’ll kiss you over and over again and say, I love you, all over again until you’ll love me back.” Juvia blushed hard and Gray kissed her again, and also Juvia kissed him back. Juvia hugged Gray and Gray moved his hands at the sides of Juvia's body.

Gray let go of her. “I love you Juvia.”

“I love you too, Gray.” Juvia said.

“Awww gosh! Natsu! I want to go in that new shop! Can we go there?” Lucy’s eyes sparkled. “How about you Wendy?”

“Sheesh Luce! You’re so girly!” Natsu said. But that’s what makes you awesome to me… He smiled to himself.

“Yes Lucy-nee! Let’s go! Let’s leave Natsu-san!” Wendy said and they ran to the street. As they ran on the streets, a black car was driving fast and Natsu’s eyes widened.

“Lucy! Wendy!” He called out and ran fast. The car was about to hit them but Natsu jumped to them and they fell on the ground touching their heads. The car stopped. “Are you all okay?” He asked.

The driver stepped out of the car and Natsu stood up to face the driver. “Sir did you saw that this two were crossing down the street?” Natsu was shocked to see the man’s face. W-Wait… Your face looks so familiar!

“I’m sorry young man, and also to you young girls.”

“What is your name sir?” Natsu asked all of the sudden.

“Zeref, Zeref Vermillion.” The man named Zeref said. Natsu… Natsu Dragneel… Lucy Heartfilia… You two… I finally found you two. He smirked.

“W-We better get going. Come on Wendy.” Lucy said as she and Wendy walked away. Natsu took a last glance at Zeref and followed them.

Mavis’ eyes widened. “He’s talking to them…”

“Well then, this is where it all starts… This time will be the period of awakening. They will be the ones to unseal it on their own just like what Loke, Mira and Laxus did.”

Zeref was the mysterious person I was referring to chapters ago… Haha and about Lucy and Wendy were just like Elfman and Evergreen that Natsu saved in the Tenrou Arc when he first met Zeref! :3

Oh yeah! My clearance is done and now summer begins! Wohhooo! I’ll try to update the next chapter this day or maybe next week and also try to update more chapters and fast! I decided to dedicate this chapter to. @SaKi_21, love her work : Revenge of the Water Dragon Slayer!
