Chapter 46

Jordan's POV:

"We know exactly what to name them." I spoke excitedly.
"What?" Everyone said in jinx. I looked up, and then at Alexander, his eyes tinkled in the daylight as he bit his lip and nodded his head.
"Kaden and Autumn."

"KADEN ALEXANDER JAMES THEOS GET YOUR TINY BUTT BACK HERE! YOU NEED YOUR BATH!" Alex yelled angrily after our two year old son, who currently ran butt naked through the house.

I held a clothed Autumn on my hip as I getting ready to take her up for her bath as well, until an extremely naked little person ran past me. I whipped around, confusion irking my features.

A loud eruption of strangled giggles slipping passed his tiny mouth as a very big person ran passed me. The loud, heavy footsteps boomed as the giggles got increasingly louder. Autumn cheered and giggled, clapping her tiny hands together while chanting 'go Kay Kay.' I clicked my tongue on the roof of my mouth and gave her a sideways glare, her two toothy smile quickly faded when she saw my expression.

I was about to turn and walk towards the bathroom when I heard a loud squeal.

"Aww, daddy got Kay Kay." Autumn hummed, wrapping her tiny little hands around my blonde hair. She tugged at it gently, before resting her head on my covered shoulder. A soft chuckle escaped mine at the thought of a huge 6'6 man running after a 2' toddler.

Alexander trudged up the stairs with a hyperactive naked boy bouncing in his arms. Kaden continuously poked Alex in the face over and over again, enjoying the way his jaw would clench and show that apparent muscle in his recently shaved face.

Alex looked like he just had just about enough, the dark circles beneath his eyes proving so. A long, loud sigh escaped Alexander's lips, now looking down at the bubbly baby in his arms, still poking away at his handsome face. I then noticed a glint of mischief swarm in Alex's green eyes.

I knew exactly what he was about to do.

I was about to scold him, but it was too late. Kaden was about to poke Alex once again, but before he could, Alex quickly snapped his head to the side and let out a snarl and baring his teeth, showing as if he was about to bite at Kaden's finger, obviously intentionally missing.

Kaden's surprised facial features shone in his hazel eyes. He froze for a minute, his finger retracted back and placed against his chest. I held my breath, while Alexander cocked his eyebrow, beginning to laugh loudly due to Kayden's reaction.

And then finally, Kaden bursted into tears.

Alexander's laughing features almost instantaneously died down and I gasped.

"Ah Shit." Alexander said.

"Language!" I growled lowly, quickly swapping Kaden and Autumn.

Kaden reached up to me, still crying heavily from the shock of his own father nearly 'biting' at his chubby little fingers. A string of slurred words were thrown at Alex as Kaden pointed at him, blubbering to me.

He must've been trash talking his own father.

"I know, I know. What a mean daddy he is." I said, my voice laced in a baby tone as Kaden nodded his head. Alexander scoffed, soon letting out a wince as Autumn reached up, reefing harshly at his short locks.

"That's what you get." She mumbled lowly, causing Alex to raise his eyebrows in surprise. I couldn't help but laugh out loud.

I continued to hold Kaden while rocking him back and forth, making a hushing sound. Kaden's cry's soon died down and then he went quiet. After a minute, he put his hands onto my face and we rubbed noses together. I laughed a little bit and then kissed the tip of his little red nose.
