You managed to convince the brothers to let you go into school despite how shaken up you were over a stupid dream. They were very protective and told you that if you didn't want to go, it wasn't required. However you were eager to go so you could distract yourself and also get an idea as to what you were going to do to repay everyone's kindness. The three of you decided to go into school late, and on the way you kept pondering what to do for them.

However, trying to think of something was difficult. You've been stored away for years and didn't know if you had any talents, didn't know what you preferred, didn't know what you could or couldn't do or anything really. As you walked behind Vanitas and Sora with your head hanging down to look at the sidewalk, you didn't let anything stop your train of thought.

Eventually you lifted your head, taking a look around and hoping that something would give you a sign and give you an idea. You passed by a telephone pole and saw a piece of paper attached to it. You stopped in your tracks and realized it was an advertisement... An advertisement for a carnival coming up in two weeks. You read it over for dates, the rides, and everything you could before you heard Sora calling out your name. You snatched the paper from the telephone pole and jogged towards the boys while folding it up and sticking it inside your pocket.

You had your idea. Only problem was... How were you going to get the money to pull it off? As you walked into the school and started heading to the right class, you continued to plan everything out. You might decide to get a job to pay for everyone. Maybe ask Zack or Aerith what they think about it.

As the day went on you impatiently waited for each class to end so you could rush home and pray that Zack or Aerith were home. You didn't want to procrastinate on this idea and you wanted to let them know so everything wasn't last minute. As soon as the last bell rang you jumped up from your seat and rushed to get out of school as soon as possible. However of course, you were stopped by Ven who grabbed your shoulder and spun you around to you couldn't get away.

"Where are you going in such a hurry?" He asked. "No one is going anywhere."

"Lots of homework." You answered with a cheesy smile. "I want it done as soon as possible. Talk to you later!"

Before he could protest you turned your back to him and left as quickly as you could, zipping past the other students and burst out the doors to go home. There were some kids who were already walking home and they called out for you when you zoomed by.

"Yo new girl slow down!" One of them called out after you.

"Sorry!" You called out, but never looked to see who it was.

Instead you quickly went home and closed the door, where Zack was sitting on the couch in his pajamas as he stared at you with curiosity. He was watching tv, and it was rather loud. But once you entered he turned it down when he saw how flustered you were.

"What's the matter kiddo?" He asked.

You grabbed the advertisement from your pocket and handed it to him. As he opened it and read it over, you explained to him what you wanted to do and how you were willing to work to help pay for the whole thing.

Zack laughed and folded the paper back up before handing it back to you. "Oh {Y/N} honey, you don't need to worry about the money. Aerith and I can pay for everything and everyone. It's so sweet that you want to repay your friends and the fact that you're willing to try is wonderful. We can pay for everything okay? If you want to work that badly you can keep your room clean."

"It's already clean..." There wasn't much to your room to begin with, and you only went in when you were changing or sleeping. So what mess did you have in there? Nothing. There was no mess.
