As I arrive to Thomas, Justin's father, he smiles at me and says "Wow! Thank you for coming so fast, Natalie. You see, the situation with Mr. Kembell from G.E.D is getting out of hand, and I need your help."

I pause. Finally I say "Why me? I mean, of course I'm happy to help but I just got here, I figured you'd rather have someone you... Trust more do this task."

Thomas chuckles a bit and says "Hmm... There's just a certain.. Thing about you. I've seen it before, but I can't quite put my finger on it. I just know there's something special about you."

Why does everyone keep saying that? I think. Seriously. I mean, my naturally rose red hair and bright green eyes make me quite unique, but they're nothing special. I don't know what these people see in me. I'm just as ordinary as anyone else here.

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, my sister Noella used to say that all the time, but I never thought anything of it until now. When I was 8 years old, Noella was 14 and she would always tuck me in at night since my parents were too busy. Every night, she would say something like "Goodnight Nat. You're a special little girl. You aren't like other people. Sweet dreams darling." Could that have something to do with what all these people are saying? No. Stop. I don't need to be connecting my deceased sister to all of this. She has nothing to do with it.

Thomas then says "Will you help me save Moorland Stables, Natalie? We need to delay Mr Kembell's land surveyors to win some time. All you need to do is switch off their GPS equipment. Right now they are setting it up in the forest just north of Moorland Stable. Just make sure none of them see you."

I nod and say "Sure, sounds easy enough." I'd better dismount though, the G.E.D men would definitely notice a huge horse in the way of their equipment.

Within a half-hour, I turn off all their equipment. I walk back to where Thomas is standing with Jewel.

I grab Jewel's bridle, and hold it making sure she doesn't run away. Thomas's face then lights up as he says "I think I know how to stop Mr Kembell! All I need is some way to prove my rights to this land. There's a deed to the Moorland Stables which was given to my father over 50 years ago by the Baroness Silverglade – yes, she is the one residing in the castle up there."

I look up at the HUGE castle. I'm looking from a distance, but from what I can see, it's ginormous. Wow. I feel my inner 5-year-old self getting all excited over seeing a castle this big. It's like the pictures I used to draw as a kid.

"Anyways," Thomas starts talking again, "All of the paperwork was put in a chest and sent over to my wife Catherine's father and there's a great chance that the deed was in that chest. Yes – her father is Jasper Holbrook and the child that was born is Justin Moorland. Although Jasper blames me for Catherine's death and we haven't spoken in twenty years. It's a tragedy that this feud has been going on for so long, but if anyone has the deed it would be Old Man Jasper. It won't be easy convincing him to part with it, though." He stated.

"I'm sorry about your wife." I say with sympathy. He nods at me.

"I'll go find Jasper." I say shortly after.

Within minutes, I find old man Jasper. I ride up to him and explain how Thomas needs the document, or Moorland Stables will be taken from him.

Jasper has a nasty glare through my whole explanation, and he finally says "What do I care if Moorland Stables is razed to the ground? That wretched place was the end of my daughter, and I curse the day my sweet Catherine and that snake Thomas met. I have hated the Moorlands for the better part of the last twenty years but if you think you can change that you're welcome to drop by again." He says coldly.

I'll talk to Justin. I though. I mean, Justin is his grandson, he should know what to do right?

As I arrive, Justin says "Hey Natalie, what's up?"

"Jasper doesn't want to hand over the documents, do you know of anything that could help?" I ask.

Justin thinks for a moment. "I don't know how to change the mind of that crazy old man. I know that my mother truly loved my father. What happened was a tragedy and there was no foul play involved, no matter what others might say. Look, I have these letters – the correspondence between my mother and father from before they got married. It truly shows how profound their love was – I have been thinking about showing these to Jasper but never had the nerve for it. Maybe you could do it?" He asks me.

"Of course." I say, taking the letters and riding back to Japer.

When I arrive to Jasper, he glares at me again. I didn't say anything, all I did was hand him the letters.

In a few minutes, his glare disappears. It is then replaced with a smile and he says to me "When I read these letters from my beloved daughter my heart melts. Oh, how foolish I have been, and it has cost me my grandson. I have the deeds indeed and Thomas Moorland shall have them; that scumbag Mr Kembell is a disgrace to this island."

"Thank you sir." I say as he hands over the documents to me. I brought them straight to Thomas.

Moorland Stables are safe, but all in all, I was far from being safe myself.
