Not so nimble

Habits perpetuate and reap,

abounding spirits spit at old wounds in stead;

One manifesting sour heart as you.... shall never understand the heartache rupturing,

no mind to semantics towering,

simple gliding walk out hinged door; so nimble to leave,

Please –

Have inkling of notion to what departing may be causing inner rattling,

speak honestly if truth were of this happening;

take pity of photographic memory,

at least steal them from capacity,

bed will become a death chamber for emotional fits to attack me;

slit open another vein to finish this unamusing fun,

for I am never one to leave anything undone,

a lacked suit of mine.... letting damage to heart go unsung,

carried burdens as fit as limbs cutting horizontally to release the numb –

I am not one to evaporate from sight,

instilled deep within those grimy veins I: reside,

carefully crafted recollections to keep upon bothered mind,

you shall either stay, or be a forged collected soul as like mine.
