Friends are here! Big sis?

  Once all squids were in my room, I pulled out some shirts for the others to change into. Most of the ink on them evaporated already, but it takes a while for ink to come out of cotton clothing. Midori gratefully accepted the white shirts I gave her, and ran into the bathroom with the other girls to change. I trudged back downstairs while the boys were changing, and found my mom.

She was mopping up some ink the others had left on the floor. "Oh, right, sorry mom..."

She sighed and leaned on the mop, finally done, "It's fine, sweetheart! I'm just glad you're making friends," She pinched my cheek with a smile and walked to the living room to watch cartoons with Leo. I smiled when I could hear Leo cheering and singing some show's theme song.

"{Y/n}, we're done, you can come back up." I looked up at the staircase and saw Komura waving his hand for me to follow.

I made my way up, and all the squids had situated themselves in my room; Dairo was speaking to Momo, Midori was looking at the pictures on my wall, Hisu and Konao were pulling at each other's tentacles, and Komura was still leaning up against the door.

I smiled, "I presume the clothes fit alright?"

Dairo took notice of me first, "Perfect fit actually! Thanks for the clothes by the way."

I smiled and nodded at her, then looked at the boys, "I assume they fit you as well?"

"'Course they do! Saw you reading our tags, making sure you got the right sizes!" Konao blurted, fanged teeth smiling as I blushed in embarrassment.

"That's really nice of you- to think of others like that- you're really sweet~!" Hisu plugged in, playing with the straps on his mask.

"O-Oh, it was nothing! I-I just wanted to make sure you all were comfortable!"

"Awww! {Y/n} is so thoughtful!" Midori ran from the wall, draping her body over my back, snuggling herself into my hat. I blushed at the ground as the green squid nuzzled me.

"Knock-knock!" Everyone's eyes darted to the door. Leo smiled from the cracked entrance, "Sissy is home!"

I grinned and ran over to Leo, picking the small squid up. I turned back to the others, "C'mon! Come meet Ireane!"

The squids looked at each other confusedly, but shrugged and followed anyway.
