Hello lovely readers:
Today's topic::: the wonderful Mr. Darcy. What hopeless romantic isn't looking for her Mr. Darcy??
Let's all be honest for a moment:: Jane. Austen. Nailed. It.
Mr. Darcy is everything a girl could ask for. Rich. Charming. Handsome. Prideful.
Yeeeeah, that's right I said it. Mr. Darcy was one of the most prideful characters in the book. Proof: he fell in love against his 'better judgement' and told Lizzy so. Thats just... ugh.
But I still love Mr. Darcy. Why? Because of this wonderful thing authors call character arcs. He became a better person. Why? Because he loved Elizabeth.
Darcy fell in love with Elizabeth and when she responded by pointing out all the faults she found in him how did he react? Did he storm off in a fit of rage?

Well, yes. But that's not the point.

See. Post fit of rage, Mr. Darcy addressed his faults because his love for Elizabeth outweighed his pride. When Elizabeth saw this, she saw all of her own faults and changed as well.
Because people who truly love each other don't tear each other apart and break each others heart to get 'revenge.' They build each other up. Make each other better.

And that's the end of my rant. I'm trying not to make these preachy but its hard sometime. So to conclude on a high note:: Who's your OTP? Everybody:::: go!! Also:: Any fandoms?? I plan on addressing some fandoms later on and would love some suggestions.
That's all for now. Live long and prosper!!
