My Pet Demon

CHAPTER 3

The demon wolf was locked in a big cage and taken back to True Cross Academy's research lab. Rin watched as the cage was lifted by a helicopter. "Nii-san." "Yeah, coming." They got in a car and followed the helicopter back to the academy.

Back at the academy, Yukio and Rin waited outside the room where they ran test on the wolf.

Not after too long, a scientist quickly ran out, alarmed. "Okumura-san!"
"Yes?" "The demon wolf-it turned into a girl!" Rin's eyes shot up to look at the scientist. "What? What did you do?" Yukio asked him. "We didn't do anything! We were just running tests with her blood and when we turned around, it transformed into a girl!" "Are you serious?! I need to see this for myself." Yukio stated as he walked into the room briskly. Rin followed him.

The scientist tried to stop them. "Okumura-san! Wait-"

Yukio ignored him as he practically slammed the door open. Rin quickly ran in the room. And they saw every man's fantasy.

A girl with long white hair that reached to her hips lay there in the wolf's place. And she was stark naked. Part of her hair was covering her chest and her hands lay in front so her chest wasn't fully exposed. Her legs were crossed over, covering her womanhood. The bandages weren't much of a help either as they came loose from the wolf's shrinking. They only loosely lay on the girl's stomach, arms and legs, still exposing skin beneath it. But this was enough to get hormones running.

Yes, gentlemen. You are allowed to get tissues once you've finished imagining.

Yukio and Rin's face turned a wonderful shade of red. Yukio pushed his glasses up and quickly turned around to head for the exit. Rin just kept staring as he felt blood rushing through his nose and liquid leaked out from the corner of his mouth. The scientist came running in.

"I was about to say about her. But since you already saw it for yourself, I'll just keep my mouth shut."

"J...just pick some clothes for her to wear. Then chain her wrist and ankle tightly. And someone please pass a box of tissue for my brother. Nii-san, come on." The scientist nodded and went off as Yukio dragged Rin out of the room.

The girl opened her eyes slightly to see a dark room in front of her. She was concealed in something that looked like a transparent...crystal? Whatever. She was dizzy even though her wounds were already healing. Then she noticed she was in her human form with clothes and bandages on her. Her wrists and ankles were secured tightly with tight cuffs.

She barely took in what was happening when the room door slid open. Out of her blur vision, she could vaguely make out a teen with glasses and moles on his face followed by an older exorcist and another teen with navy blue hair. The same one that she protected.

The older exorcist took his place behind a computer and powered it up. Dim lights glowed from it. Yukio stood in front of the computer while Rin leaned against the wall with his arms crossed over his chest.

"Hello. I'm sure you know what happened yourself. Now don't think of escaping.We have specificly tighten the cuffs so you can't transform. We also put seals out here. Even if you break out, worst case you'll die. Now straight to the point. You are Lucifer's pet, the shape shifter demon. Am I right?" The words echoed in her ears.

Pet? No. Don't call me that.

The girl just looked at him with her piercing hybrid eyes. After a few seconds, Yukio moved on to the next question. "What is your goal of coming here? Why? Did Lucifer summon you?"

No reply.

"Then let me ask you: What is your intention of coming here and destroying things. What exactly do you plan to achieve?"

No reply.

Yukio sighed and nodded to the older exorcist. He nodded back and press a button. Lightning zapped the girl inside the case. Her whole body went shocked as she screamed a little. This process repeated for 2 times before they stopped. Her body slumped with exhaustion. Blood seeped through her shirt and bandages. The wound had reopened again from the sudden shock. Rin got up quickly and advanced but was stopped by Yukio. Rin growled a little but obeyed.

"Now, I'll ask you again. What do you plan to do here by wrecking things? If you don't want to repeat that process, you better speak up fast."

Still no reply. As if she was mocking him: Go ahead. See if you dare to kill me.

Yukio raised his eyebrows. He turned to the older exorcist. The older exorcist added the voltage power before pressing the button. This time, the girl's screamed ascended into shrieks as lightning flowed through her body.

After the zappings stopped, Yukio asked again, harsher this time:"Why did you come here? My patience is running low so I suggest you hurry up and answer the damned question."

Still silence.

Yukio furrowed his eyebrows before giving the signal. The older exorcist turned up the power and pressed the button. The girl was soon howling and shrieking in pain. She also began to cough out blood.

Rin couldn't take it anymore. He ran towards the machine and pummelled the off button. As the power came down, the girl was already blacking out from the extreme shock. Yukio turned to Rin angrily. "Nii-san!"

"CUT THE CRAP ALREADY! DON'T YOU SEE DOING THIS WON'T GET ANYTHING DONE BUT ALSO WILL KILL HER?!"

"Nii-san! Don't interrupt exorcist work!"

"YEAH, EXORCIST MY ASS. THIS IS MORE OF TORTURING THAN YOUR SO CALL 'EXORCISM'. SHE CAN'T HOLD ON ALREADY AND SHE IS BADLY WOUNDED!"

"NII-SAN! What do you think you are saying?! How else do you think you can solve this problem?!"

"I don't give a shit about getting answers!! All I care is that her life's in danger!!!"

'Then what are you trying to propose huh?! Tell me!"

"I TOLD YOU ALREADY I DON'T CARE!"

Suddenly, with a poof! Mephisto appeared in a mist of pink smoke. "Good day, gentlemen. What seems to be the problem?"

"Mephisto?!"

He tipped his hat and waved a hand. "Nuh-uh. Shush! I know what's going on already!" Rin and Yukio mentally facepalmed at the Joker.

Mephisto turned to the crystal. "Oh my! She is indeed the pet of Lucifer! How marvelous, beautiful!" He marveled. Rin groaned a little. Yukio raised his eyebrows at the bright principal.

"Alright then. It's settled! Since Okumura-kun here is so persistent, I declare that the she-wolf will be under the Okumura brothers care from today onwards. Eins, zwei, drei!"

"What? Wait Mephisto-" POOF!

Rin groaned in fustration as the principal dissapeared. Yukio pushed up his glasses and sighed. Finally, he said:"Release her. We are taking her back."
