Barry moaned as he woke up. After the mystery assailants dragged him into the back of the van, they had knocked him unconscious with a tranquilizer dart.
He squinted his eyes, trying to adjust his vision to the room. Barry was chained to a chair set in the middle of the room. It was a small room with concrete walls and floors. A light hung from the ceiling illuminating the stone room. There was a large metal door.
Barry winced as he tried to move his leg. He looked down and realized that one was broken and the other was wearing a large metal boot. He tried lifting the boot with little success. It came an inch off the ground before it was too heavy to lift.
Barry let out a sigh of exasperation. He scanned the room once more and noticed a small security camera in the corner of the room. Someone was watching him.
The door swung open and a man walked in. He was tall with broad shoulders and he wore a black suit. In his hand he held an excessively large folder that barely held all the papers inside. Barry watched as he slowly walked towards him.

"So, you must be the Flash." He mocked. Barry pulled against the chains wrapped around his wrists, they held tight. "Oh I wouldn't try that if I were you," The man stated. "You see, if you get free; that security camera will shoot you with a tranq dart strong enough to put down a raging bull. My name is Agent Jackson and you will do as we say."

"Where's Terra?" Barry scolded. Jackson opened the door and another man wheeled in a large TV screen. "I wouldn't worry about her, she's just taking a little nap in her own personalized cell." He sneered. He turned on the monitor and video feed of Terra appeared on the screen.
Terra slept on a bed alone in a white room. Barry watched as a woman walked inside. He couldn't see her face but she had dark hair. Terra sat up in the bed and said something to the woman. There was no sound to the feed so Barry had no idea what they were taking about. His heart raced when the woman pulled out a gun and pointed it at her.
He could see the look of terror on her face. The woman said something else and Terra strongly shook her head no. She had a newfound look of confidence as she stood. She lifted the metal boot she wore with ease as she took a step towards the woman. Terra said something to the woman with the gun and it must have caused the woman to falter.
Using great force Terra pushed the woman's arm holding the gun. It fell to the floor. The woman paused long enough for Terra to land a swift kick to her jaw. She stumbled backwards giving Terra opportunity to land some hard punches to her abdomen. Terra pulled back to land another but the woman blocked it and in turn landed one on Terra. The woman tried again but Terra blocked it. Terra then pulled back for what Cisco would call a super punch. She threw her first into the woman's stomach with as much force as possible. The woman collapsed to the floor unconscious.
Barry continued to watch the screen as Terra fumbled with the lockings on the boot. After no success unlocking the boot she decided to vibrate her hand fast enough to pass through the solid metal. The clasps unhooked and the boot opened. Terra pulled her foot out and picked up the gun. She stood and shot the camera.
