"That wasn't necessary." Barry said in a heavy tone. J'onn bent over and put his fingers to Terra's neck, checking her pulse. "How much does she weigh?" he asked. Barry furrowed his brow "Why does that matter?" he asked.

"I'm just gonna guess around 110." J'onn said, ignoring Barry's look of confusion and frustration. He pulled a syringe out of his pocket. It was filled with a blue liquid. He held it into the light seeing how much was in it. Before Barry could protest to what he was doing, J'onn injected it into Terra's neck.

Terra's eyes shot open and she sat up on the hard floor with a loud gasp for air. Barry rushed to her side. "Are you okay?"

Terror set in the young girl's eyes as she get fit her legs. "I can't feel my legs." She said softly. "I can't feel my legs!" This time more panic in her voice.

She was to the point of hysteria. Never had she been this afraid in her whole life.

Barry turned to face J'onn who was now rummaging through one of the cabinets behind the counter. "What did you do to her?" Barry demanded. J'onn pulled out a wheelchair and rolled it over to the confused speedsters. "We like to call it Velocity Zero. It neutralizes the speedster's ability to run."

"So you mean I'm paralyzed?" Terra asked bitterly. "Only temporarily" J'onn replied. "It should only last a day or so." J'onn and Barry helped Terra off the floor and into the wheelchair. Once she was seated in the chair, J'onn went to the large window and peered out. He scanned the quite street outside, as checking to make sure no one was watching.

"What's going on J'onn?" Barry asked. J'onn did not answer. "J'onn!" He yelled trying to get his attention. J'onn shushed him, his gaze still outside the window. There was a long silence before Barry approached the window. He peered outside, there was nothing out of the ordinary that he could see.

"The black van across the street." J'onn said quietly. "It's been parked there since you came inside." Barry saw the van, it was the same one that had kidnapped him in the forest. He tried to look through the tinted windows, but all he could see was the figure of a person in the driver's seat.

"You're trying to read their minds aren't you." Barry deduced. J'onn nodded "It's hard to do from this far away."

The room was silent as J'onn tried to concentrate on infiltrating the driver's mind. Minutes passed although it felt like hours. Roughly 15 minutes later J'onn had established a link.

"He knows who you are." J'onn said in a calm voice. "He waits for you to leave so he may capture you."

"Do you know why?" Barry asked.

"I sense a great fear in him."

     "Fear of what?"

J'onn looked to Terra, "Fear of her."
