Winter nights (Oikawa)

The wind whipped your hair around wildly as you stood shivering outside. The Christmas lights were shining brightly at the festival. Your school always held a festival around the holidays and it was honestly your favorite time of the year. All of the schools would get together for the grand event. Everyone was in such a cheery mood and the atmosphere of winter somehow warmed your soul.

You tugged your hat over your ears as the cold air got harsher. The crunching of snow behind you made you turn around, "Oikawa-chan?" You smiled lightly at the brunette. You were happy that that your cheeks were red from the air, if Oikawa knew you were blushing he'd poke fun at you. You've always been swooned over the cheeky boy. He made your heart sing.

He smiled at you and waved, "Hello (Y/N)-chan!" He put his arm around your shoulder, pulling you into a half hug. Your head rested on his chest momentarily. His heartbeat was fast and his body was oh, so warm. He released you and looked down into your eyes,

"How are you? You never come to any matches anymore." He pouted, sticking his bottom lip out. You chuckled slightly at his goofy manner but gave him a small smile.

"Sorry Oikawa-chan, I've just been really busy with school and th-" you were cut off by his hands grabbing yours. You glanced at his face and realized he was staring right at you.

"You have to come again! I miss you, you always cheered my name the loudest~!" He shot a wink at you making your face heat up. You playfully rolled your eyes and punched his arm lightly. To be honest, you did love going to the games. You loved the atmosphere of the gym and watching the boys (Oikawa :p) play. But, you stopped going due to Oikawa. Your feelings were overwhelming you and his fangirls made it worse. It would enrage you how they would be able to capture his attention so easily but you were left cast in the shadows. Of course you'd never admit that to him so saying that you were busy was always the best scapegoat. 

"I will try to come again Oikawa, I've just been busy." Your voice changed slightly at the end and you cursed yourself for it. You hoped he did not notice, but of course he did. He looked at you with confusion, "(Y/N)-chan, are you alright?" His voice surprised you, it was full of concern. A part of you broke inside, but a part of you didn't want to answer him. Why would he need to know your jealousy? You started to walk away from him, holding your hands out trying to grasp the snowflakes. A grin spread across your face as you laughed lightly at the snowflakes that tickled your palms and cheeks. Oikawa looked at you with such joy. He just wanted to wrap you tightly in his arms and snuggle you close. But, he had a hunch that you liked him he could tell from the way your attitude changed when you around him. He watched as you shivered harshly as the wind picked up again. He decided that he was going to be honest with his feelings with you. 

He walked up you and wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling your body close to his. He smirked looking down at you, "Nee, (Y/N)-chan, do you like me?" You were surprised your eyes didn't bulge right out of their sockets. You coughed harshly as your face exploded into a deep crimson. You turned away and grumbled something inaudible. Oikawa looked cheekily at you as he placed his hands under your chin. 

"What did you say?~~" He cooed at you. You cursed him for being so damn persistent. You mustered up what courage you could and avoided his chocolate eyes, "Y-yes Oikawa-san, I've always liked you." You felt your breath hitch in your throat as he pulled your face even closer. You felt his hot breath against your cold skin, sending a tingling sensation up your spine. 

You looked into his eyes and there was a hint of playfulness. He closed the gap between you two and pressed his lips gently against yours. You felt your heart explode with happiness. You deepened the kiss by wrapping your arms around his neck. You felt him smirk against your lips as you pulled him closer (leaving no room for jesus). He pulled away and stared deep into your (E/C) orbs. He leaned into your ear. 

"Want to go make our own warmth?"  He whispered sensually in your ear, nibbling on your earlobe.
