this is based on a picture that i've seen floating around i thought this would be a cute story idea

You had always wanted a piercing. Sure you've had your ears pierced multiple times, but it wasn't the same as an actual body piercing.

So you decided to get your tongue pierced.

The piercing itself hurt less then you expected, but the days after the initial piercing it was sore. You thought it looked pretty badass, and apparently so did some of your class mates. Your classmates already viewed you as a rebellious type of girl, someone who would do whatever they felt or say whatever came to mind regardless of who you were talking to. People admired you but also feared you.

This is what drew Tanaka to you and vice versa.

Everyone knew who Tanaka was, especially the girls. Girls were terrified of him due to his delinquent appearance and the guys were afraid he'd kick their asses. You knew better than that, Tanaka was just a giant goofy idiot.

But that was the reason why you loved him so much.

Your friends would always tell you that you two would be the cutest (and terrifying) couple, but he was too dense to see that you liked him. He was always too busy with Kiyoko.

You hadn't gotten a chance to show Tanaka and the rest of the volleyball boys your new piercing. It was a crazy few weeks, finals and projects were taking up everyone's time. But you finally had some free time after school to show them. You had a plan and as much as you were a bold individual, you were nervous.

You made your way to the gymnasium where you could hear the boys' voices from outside the closed doors. You pushed open the doors and were greeted by intense heat and a weird smell you couldn't put your finger on. The boy's looked up to see you standing there, "(Y/N)-chan!" a few of them yelled. You lazily waved at them and flashed your signature smirk.

"What brings you here, (Y/N)?" Sugawara questioned. You had moved to the side lines and watched as a few of the boys were practicing their serves. You slowly looked at him, "I got something I wanted to show you guys." You stuck out your tongue at the end, watching as Suga's eyes widened. Before he could say anything Tanaka and Noya had came over to see you.

You smiled at the two boys, "Hey guys." Your eyes lingering on Tanaka-- but you quickly adverted them to the floor, your cheeks becoming increasingly warm. Tanaka slung his arm across your shoulder, "What brings you here?" He shifted, his face hovering close to yours. You could feel the warmth of his breath as he spoke, the hairs on your neck stood up. You inhaled slowly as you tried to settle your nerves, you can do this you preached to yourself.

"Gather around boys, I got something to show you." You felt your nerves tingle as your plan was beginning to work out. Tanaka and Noya looked at you curiously, as if trying to calculate your next move. You looked at them and smirked before sticking out your tongue, revealing a shiny silver ball. Their eyes became wide, and you could have sworn you seen Noya blush.

Tanaka was the first to respond, "Woah! That's awesome, what does it feel like?" He unknowingly had made your plan easier.

"Like this," you whispered before leaning in and kissing him. Your tongue running across his bottom lip. You could feel the shock radiating off of him, you didn't even need to open your eyes. You pulled away, a sly smirk spread across your face. Noya was standing in frozen confusion, his mouth agape.

Tanaka was absolutely speechless, which was abnormal for the loudmouthed boy. A dark crimson apparent on his cheeks.

Tanaka met your eyes, "Hah.. that's amazing.." he promptly said as he dropped to floor, blood trickling out of his nose.
