- The PATIENT has purchased successfully the service RELAUNCH which implies a lifetime warranty from NEWLIFE for your totally complete satisfaction. This allows us to balance, adjust, measure and monitor your synaptic activity during the evaluation step in order to meet the requirements agreed by the PATIENT and NEWLIFE in the confidential report that will be stored in our data banks. Once the evaluation part will be finished, according to the new parameters already set up for your new life, all monitoring will be performed without any kind of interaction. Your agreement report is available to be read by you at anytime, but revealing the contents of the report would imply: 1.- end of lifetime warranty, 2.- no payback for full or part of the RELAUNCH service, 3.- an unexpected synaptic activity by mix of contradicting events resident in your memories as part of the RELAUNCH process including personality disorders, paranoia, post-traumatic stress or any psychological reaction so no further complaints allowed related to any side effects.
