Red's FRIEND?!?

Enemy or Friend?

A while after Nick and Ghetto left I started to get worried because they have been gone longer than expected. I brought this to Major Gray's attention. "What do you think we should do?" I asked. He told me to go out and look for them, but bring no one with me because we can't spare anyone else just in case it is Red, Cory, or any of his men. I quickly gathered a few materials and went searching for Nick and Ghetto.

Once I saw the two guys put their weapons on the ground and get up against the tree nearest them I jumped down from the tree I was in and collected their weapons. "Cuff 'em," I told my fake ally. Before I could get the brown-haired man into my handcuffs I heard a gun cock nearby in my direction. "Put the cuffs down and let my friends go now!" a mysterious voice said. I complied since I did not want to die. "Give them back their weapons and anything else you took from them," the voice commanded. I did as I was told and I backed away from the two men. "Now start talking. Who are you?" the brown-haired man asked aiming his MP4 at me. "My name is Jayden and I am looking for Red," I replied. "I thought that you two would be two of his men even though you do not look familiar to me at all," I explained. "Why are you looking for Red?" the man in a black and green mask asked. "I am looking for him so I can rekindle our old friendship. I used to be one of the two leaders before I left," I said. "Why were you friends with Red? He is a cannibal, you know that right?" the man in the sunglasses asked. I told them,"I was friends with him before and for a little while after the apocalypse. He didn't tell me right off the bat that he was a cannibal, though. One day, before the apocalypse, we both agreed on the hunch that the this was going to happen sometime soon and we both wanted to be prepared. We agreed on starting up a team and buying tons of food, weapons, and supplies that we would need, so we started asking around the town if people would join our group and tons of people agreed. I even asked my 10-year-old friend, but she denied my offer. We even bought tons of Ghillie suits for everyone to wear. When the apocalypse began we immediately set out on a trip to kill every Walker that we could find. Along the way, we found an extremely flat plains biome and decided to create a small village settlement there. We used tons of materials, but we finished it after a while. Surprisingly, there were no Walkers anywhere to be seen, but just in case we built an underground prison and base area. After we finished building, we left some basic materials and men there and set out again, but a few miles out Red and I got into an argument which resulted in one of our men knocking me out. When I awoke, I was in our prison, but something was amiss. I saw many people begging to get out, they were all confused as to why they were put there. Then, I saw Red. He released me from my cell and took me on a tour of the underground part of our village-base, but I already knew every room that was down there and what was inside. There was no reason for him to give me this tour, but once we got close to the kitchen, I started to hear someone screaming. I could tell that it was someone who was particularly young. When we entered, I saw our chef preparing for something. Then I looked over to the cell, that was meant for pigs or cows, but it was being used to contain my 10, now 11, year old friend! When she saw me she started to ask me for help. I didn't move because I knew that if I did I would get either a bullet or a kitchen knife to the back. Then I saw him kill her and chop her into small, edible pieces. Then Red took me out of the room and into the cafeteria. He sat me down at the end of the table and he sat next to me. The chef brought out our food and I knew immediately what it was. It was my friend whom the chef just killed! I did not want to eat at all then. After a while Red asked me what was wrong and I screamed at the top of my lungs,'I will not and will never eat another human being, unlike you Red! The same thing goes for the rest of you! This is just beyond sickening, seeing humans eat other humans and drink their blood without any remorse!'And with that being said I ran out of the underground base and as far away from Red as I could get. I knew that, if I had stayed, I would have been the next one on Red's meal list. Now, I realize that I was able to control Red's cannibalistic ways because, before we had the hunch about the apocalypse, I had put both Red and me on a strict diet. I could tell that he had lost a lot of weight because, let's just say, he was a lot plumper than how you all might see him now. Now that I have realized that, I want to rekindle our friendship and try and control his cannibal side from now on, and, who knows, I might even be able to completely stop him from eating people altogether. Though, the chance of that happening is slim to none."
