Red's P.O.V.
When we finally got back to my base, I could tell that everyone was mostly suspicious of her at first, but a few of them recognized her and welcomed her with open arms. Finally, she stopped in her tracks and shouted to everyone, "All right, now my orders to all of you are to release the prisoners and eat whatever I give you! Understood?!?" Then, Rodney, one of my most trusted soldiers came up to her and said," Who are you to give orders to us? We don't know nor trust you, so why should we ever listen to you?" I could tell that upset her and, for a moment her E/C eyes started to tear up, but she stopped them before they filled her eyes. Then, with anger and sadness in her voice, she said,"I am your new secondary leader alongside Red! You WILL obey my orders when I give them! I also used to be a part of this team and I was one of the ones who created it! You should recognize me, all of you should! I guess you don't though since I did rush out and away from you all suddenly during dinner in Heyworth." Then Rodney's expression changed from anger to pure sadness and he apologized for not recognizing her sooner and they released all of the prisoners. Afterwords, I gave her a tour around our new base since I knew that she hasn't been around here at all.
Jayden's P.O.V.
After the tour, I told a few of our guards to go looking for any raw animal meat or any seeds or potatoes so we could start a farm. Once I saw them leave, I thought about Nick and the others, I hope they are safe and are taking good care of Corey. Then I heard Red come up behind me and asked if I have seen Corey anywhere since he hasn't reported back to him on anything. Oh shit what do I do?!?! I can't tell Red about my alliance with Nick or else he probably WILL kill me. "No, sorry, I haven't. If I did then I would have probably killed him because of his hostility towards me." I lied. I felt bad about lying right to his face, but I knew what would probably happen if I didn't. "All right then, thanks. I'll get our men to go out and search for him." he replied. Oh no!!! They'll find him with Nick and tell Red that to where he will probably go and get him. Then he'll bring Corey back here and Red will find out the truth! Fuck me and my habit of assuming things when they will probably not be true! Now what am I gonna do?
