My last year of middle school goes by fast and before I knew it I was going into my very last year of upper level school. At the end of this school year I will take my aptitude test and decide how the rest of my life will go. I already know that my dad wants me to stay in dauntless, but I have a weird feeling that I might belong somewhere else.

Tris isn't annoying anymore and she is really pretty. I still don't really have much of a crush on her because she is too young and she's my best friends little sister. Dating my best friends little sister is just wrong and weird. But still I don't mind when Zeke invites her to our Dauntless and candor parties. Our parties are always the best. We basically invite most the compound. Everyone has fun hanging out, then we kick everyone out and play candor or Dauntless with just our group. Our group includes Zeke, Uriah, Tris, Shauna, Marlene, Lynn, and me. It is a little small but we are always hoping to bring some new transfers in. This year I think we can do it because Zeke, Shauna and I are all going to be initiates this year. So we can make new friends from our initiate class. I'm really excited to stop going to school and become a whole new Dauntless member. This is the time every kid dreams of. Everyone wants to be a actual member of a faction. Sure you are born into a faction and raised that way but you don't get the same rights because you aren't a real member yet.

I hear a knock on my door. Come in I yell. I already know it is Zeke.
Zeke is underlined and four is italics.

What up bro. Zeke asks as he walks through my door.

Nothing much. I reply. Just thinking about how in less than a year we will be full faction members.

Dude, correct yourself. Zeke teases. We won't only be faction members. We will be Dauntless members.

I know right it is going to be awesome. I reply.

We will be the coolest people in our group. The only Dauntless members. Zeke brags.

I just nod my head with him and we leave my house to catch the train for school.

My day at school goes as planned I get to all my classes and see all my friends. Which is the group. It is boring but school always is. Even though it is only the first day I already can't wait until the end of the year.
