"I miss you," she whispered sitting down on the wet grass, "I wish I could be in your arms again," she spoke in the soft tone she did previously.
"Janey misses you also, quite a lot really." She finally spoke to me yesterday after spending months of time locked in her room... Nothing else has really happened since your disappearance. We didn't know how to take it, we actually still don't," a tear escaped her eye as she rests her head on the marble stone.
"Do you remember the first time we met? When you tripped over the chair in the frozen yogurt shop and spilt all the contents in your cup onto my dress... I told you I never really liked this dress anyway and you asked me why I wore it then... That was 5 years ago now and over the next 4 years we were so amazing but you didn't seem to think so. Why did you go? Why?" her voice slightly rising as she continued rambling.
She changed her awkward position to look at the front of the headstone she was once sitting next to. On her knees, she traced his name and the dates he was born and died then stood up quickly.
"I miss you."
