Fiora
I ran after the two little children who were laughing in front of me. one, the older one was a little girl with my blonde hair but her father's blue eyes. the younger one was a young little boy with my hair and my eyes, he seemed to be a spitting image of me.
"I am gonna get cha!" i laughed chasing them.
"Papa catch me!" Jenna yelled throwing herself to her father who had appeared.
young Davin ran up behind him laughing and giggling. i was out of breath and now walked to Will and he planted a soft kiss on my lips.
"How are you love?" he asked.
"now that you are here, never better." i said with a smile.
"Jonathan and Susan have just gotten a baby girl. the twins are really upset, they wanted it to be a boy." Will said with a small chuckle.
"Well, they will get used to it. No words from Gavin?" i asked
Four years ago when we had married Gavin had joined the king's army trying to get away from the painful memory of a lost love. with that he said he would write often but it seemed that it wouldn't be the case, he was always caught up in something that he never had time.
"No, just the letter two weeks ago." Will said with a sad smile. "Though he did say in the letter he was coming home soon."
"I am sorry that he left, at least we still have each other, has your father seen the new lass?"
"Yes and he loves her." Will said with a smile
if you would have told me that only five years ago i would be married to a guy i saved, i would be living with Susan and i was happy with two kids and one on the way i would have said that you were crazy or sick in the head. i don't regret my decision, this was my real home, my true home.
