It was a beautiful California day at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. I was there on a date with my girlfriend. We had fun riding the rides and having a romantic moment on the observation tower. We decided to ride the Joker on our way out. The Joker is a wooden roller coaster that, surprisingly, goes upside down. Multiple times, too. Pretty strange. Anyway, we were in the queue for about 30 minutes, considering that it's quite a popular ride. We were next in line when we heard screaming, loud screaming. We, and everyone else, thought nothing of it. It's a roller coaster for gods sake! But then we heard "Help us! Fire!" A worker immediately ran to the lift hill to see what was happening. He found them, but with a large flame building up in front of them. But before anyone could help them, the hill collapsed, leaving people to fry like an egg. As we ran away, I saw a face in the ashes. A bald man, with glasses and a beard. I recognized him. It was Ron Toomer, the famous roller coaster designer.
