''You heard what I said.'' Josh hissed, showing a complete new side to him.

''But why?''

''You really want to know Simon? Do you really want to know why your old best friend has been put in a mental hospital and is never allowed to see the proper light of day again??'' He quickly said, making Simon flinch at his mood change.

''He couldn't take it anymore. He went so fucking crazy they had to take him away. You know why he went crazy? You. It was because of you. Your actions had consequences, Simon. You can never see him again because of what you did.'' Josh spat, and could see the tears forming in Simon's eyes.

He didn't say anything in return, he just started at the table emotionless.

''Well? Does that answer your question?''

Simon continues to ignore his words and doesn't even move his hand to wipe the tears rolling down his cheeks.

''I think you should go.'' He mumbled, coughing and rubbing his eyes.

''More than happy to.''

With that the door slammed shut and Simon was left alone in silence again, before breaking down into uncontrollable sobs.
