Chapter 9

"Auntie! I'm home!" I shouted.

"Yewon!" A lady yelled and hugged me very tight.

"Eomma (Mommy)?" I asked.

"Yes? I missed you very much, Yewonnie!" Eomma said.

Eomma just came here! I missed my Eomma so much! Thanks Eomma.

"I missed you too Eomma! Are you picking me up here?" I questioned.

"Uhm, Yes. After two months, we're leaving Korea and we will go back to California again! But for now, let's just stay here first." Eomma explained.

"Yay! How's Jiyan and Minseok?" I asked.

Jiyan and Minseok are my younger siblings

"They are fine. They missed you so much!" Eomma said.

Together with Daewan and Auntie, we ate our dinner that Eomma bought for us. I was so full. I'm really happy that Eomma just came here to pick me up. I still have 2 months left. I will not tell my friends because I might change my mind for going back home with Eomma.

Eomma and Auntie had a lot of conversation, I think they missed each other too much.

"Eomma, Auntie, I have to go in bed now. I will be early tomorrow. Goodnight." I said as I planted them kisses on their foreheads.

"Goodnight Dear." Auntie said.

"Goodnight Yewonnie. By the way, I will share a room with your Auntie.. So no need to worry, okay?" Eomma asked.

Thank goodness, haha!

"Okay Eomma." I responded and I made my way through my room.

After I locked in, I felt quite sad because I am not up to leaving Korea because of my friends. But I missed California too. Agrh but why did she came here without telling me? Oh I think she just want to surprise me.

I played on my phone, and I remembered what happened recently between me and BamBam. Aish that guy! I wouldn't let him kiss me again. What a jerk. I think he's just playing with my feelings. That's what jerk guys do to innocent girls.

Suddenly, I received a text.

BamBam: Are you free?

Yeah. From BamBam again. This guy. Really. Kill me now.

Me: Ani. Why?

BamBam: Don't lie pabo! I know you're free.

Me: Aish. Why are you asking?

BamBam: Meet me at the coffee shop. Now.

Aish this kid! He's always up to bother me every night.

Me: What if I didn't came?

BamBam: You'll regret. I'll wait for you there.

Me: Whatever.

BamBam: You'll come or you'll come?

Me: It's just the same.

BamBam: Whatever. Just come. You'll regret if you didn't. Bye.

Argh. This kid. Really. I need to make an excuse again.

"Auntie, Eomma, I'll just meet a friend to the coffee shop nearby. Don't worry, I'll be back soon. " I said.

"Okay. Here's your money. " Eomma said.

"Ani. It's my friend's treat. Bye" I said as I ran outside.
