Anyway, here's another idea("wow Rain, keep spitting up ideas, now, don't you?") I came up with.
I've had it for a while but I didn't know how to reproduce it.
Here goes, and stick around til the end for more info if you want. It gets interesting.
Btw these are the MockWings, but enhanced upon.
Infamous Twelve

Twelve gods were sent to twelve sectors of Pyrrhia in meteor husks. After 1000 years of dormant sleep, they awoke and manifested themselves in the nearest dragons.
These dragons are based off of the 12 zodiac signs: Taurus, Leo, Gemini, Sagittarius, Scorpio, Pisces, Virgo, Aries etc. They underwent some vital changes when they were manifested upon, so they look kinda . . . Different.
They are branded with their zodiac signs on their right shoulder .
They cannot teleport if they're shackled or bound, and they have to know exactly where they're specifically teleporting(not just a general idea). The only reason they can teleport is because they have no wings.
