An issue concerning yours truly

Commissions are terrible with me, horrific
Idk if it's because my prices are too high or because people just don't like my art
That's understandable
But the main reason is because I'm not popular
Let's face it, I'm not
I'm just your average antisocial teenager
But I have to earn a living somehow, especially since i have plans for the future
Yeah yeah, 'Rain you need to start out small!'
I am, but how small do I have to get to get by in this community?
I'm not selling art I pour my heart into for five points, I have pride in what I do
What do you want from me? I'm not going to pester amazing artists with pleas for requests and shout outs like too many people already do
But a good natured shoutout wouldn't do any harm
I'm not asking for pity, but genuine honesty
Can you not give points, are you just not part of dA, are my prices too high (I'm already trying to lower them btw)
Does my art just suck?
