(Aria's Apartment Building)

Aria's POV.

"The apartment number 306" I say to the men who are carrying my boxes upstairs to my new apartment. I then feel someone tap my shoulder so I turn around, and I see a woman with blond hair and green eyes.

"Hi, I'm in 305, I'm your neighbour" The woman says to me as we shake hands "I'm Camille O'Connell, but you can call me Cami" She introduces herself.

"Hi, Arianna Claire, but you can call me Aria" I tell her as we smile at each other.

"I've got to get to work, but if your free later come by Rousseau's, I work there" She tells me "I'll let you get settled, bye" She says to me and walks away.

"Bye" I say to her and carry on watching the men unloading the truck. Sophie did say she owned a bar in the French Quarter, but I'm not sure if it was Rousseau's. But the sooner I find her, the sooner she can help me to find my sister.

After I finished unpacking most of my boxes and furniture, I decided to make my way to Rousseau's, with a little help of google maps. This city has changed so much in nearly six years, I just seems so much louder with the increase of tourism.

I finally find Rousseau's and I walk straight in, it's quieter than outside. I then see Cami behind the bar talking to a dark haired man in a suit, so I go over and say hi to her.

"Hi, Cami" I say to her as I take a seat next to the man in the suit.

"Hey, you got settled in quick" She tells me with a bright smile.

"Yeah, I thought I'd better hurry and unpack so I could do what I came here for" I tell her.

"Ok then, what will you be having?" She asks me but I shake my head no.

"Oh, I'm not drinking. I was hoping you could tell me where to find Sophie Deveraux" I say to her.

"Well, she owns the bar, she's out back. You can take the back exit" She tells me, as she point's behind her.

"Thanks, I'll see you tonight maybe" I say to her as I get up from my stool.

"Maybe, bye" She tells me as I walk around the man in the suit and towards the back exit.

I walk out the door and down the steps to see Sophie talking to herself in front of a small table with lit candles.

"Sophie?" I ask, and she turns around to see me, and I'm suddenly brought into a bone crushing hug.

"6 years is too long" She tells me as we pull away.

"Well, to be specific it's been 5 years and 8 months" I tell her and we both start laughing.

But our laughing is interrupted when we hear a door slam shut, we turn around and see two people standing on either side of us, vampire's.

"The doors work, you know" Sophie tells them both annoyed.

"You're doing magic?" One of the vampire asks, as they step closer to us.

"I'm praying to my dead sister. Go ahead, pay your respects" Sophie says almost shouting at first.

"Don't make this a thing, Sophie. The hybrid was looking for Jane-Anne. Marcel wants to know why" The other vampire says. What's a Hybrid? And who's Marcel?

"I'd say ask her yourself, but I guess you can't, seeing as Marcel killed her" Sophie tells them, who's Marcel?!

One of the vampires speeds up and grabs me, but I siphon from him and he suddenly let's go. Although he didn't let go, he disappeared, me and Sophie look at each other confused. Something suddenly falls to the ground, and it's a heart.
