Editing Buddies

~Chapter 6~

When the video was uploaded to YouTube, you and Barry decided to read the comments.

"Omg, Is she the purple text?"

"She's pretty~"

"I'd bang her. Who's with me?"

You blushed at the last comment and Barry laughed. "Don't worry, that's pretty usual. Except more centered around Dan and Arin." He said and you began to laugh.
"Oh my god! I actually did half expect comments like that..." You said trying to breathe from laughing so hard. Barry was also struggling to breathe.

When you both could breathe again, you looked at Barry. "Isn't Ross waiting for you? You know, to record some Earthbound?" You asked him and he ran to the grump room to record.
Smiling, you grabbed your keys. "I'm gonna go get something to eat. Anything you guys want?" You asked them. "Wendy's!" You heard Arin. "Who would've guessed. Wendy's is fine for me too!" Dan yelled.
"Okay! Wendy's it is!" You said, adding "Wendy's addicts much?" To yourself.

When you got back, you placed everyone's food on the table. "Lunch is here!" You yelled and you heard running. When you turned around, you saw Arin, Dan, Barry, and Ross having a race to the bags of food. When they got a good distance, you lifted the bags above their hands and they fell.
"Hahahaha omg that was perfect!" You said laughing and high-fiving Suzy. You then put the food back down and began eating with everyone. "You're totally gonna fit right in!" Barry said. "Thanks, Bear." You said, eating some fries.

.:A Few Months Later:.
You and Barry have gotten closer. While you listened to the audio for the grumpcade episode, you felt someone tap your shoulder. "Woman at work, come back later when rending." You said smirking. "Uh, man not at work wants to know if woman at work would like to go out for lunch." You heard Barry ask. "Maybe~." You paused the audio and took your headphones off. Your stomach then rumbled and Barry chuckled. "Come on hungry. We'll take my car." He said and you smiled. "Okay! Free food!" You got up and followed him to his car.
When you got to the restaurant, you hopped out of the car. "Bear's taken me somewhere not fast food? Who are you and what have you done to him?" You joked and Barry chuckled. "Its called a change for once. Come on, lunch is waiting." He said and you giggled and grabbed his hand.
Once he got you both a table you grabbed the menu and looked at it. "Hmm... Hard choices here." You said looking at everything. "Well, that's what makes it fun." He responded and you smiled.
After you ordered your drink and he ordered his, you got a text from Dan.

"Where did you go..? I had a question..."

You looked up at Barry and texted him back.

"I was kidnapped by a bear mixed with a unicorn."

"Oh dear. Whatever shall we do? Also, if he does anything bad, tell me and as your father I'll beat him up for you."

Oh yeah, over those few months, it has somewhere in time been established Arin was your mom and Dan was your dad.
Laughing at his text, you responded.

"Okay! At least he is taking me somewhere not fast food and he is paying. >:D"

"Who are you texting..?" Barry asked, trying to look over the table. "Dan. He was wondering where his 'daughter' went. I told him I was kidnapped by a bear mixed with a unicorn." You said putting your phone back into your bag.
"I see. And what if I said this bear-unicorn mix wanted to hang out with this certain princess?" He asked. That certainly caught your attention.
"Oh? And who might this princess be?" You asked him.
"Well, she edits for a famous group called Game Grumps. She's also going to be in the next NSP video. Oh yeah! She also secretly loves a mix between a bear and a unicorn." He said and you blushed. "You mean me don't you..?" He winked and you gave him a goofy smile. "What is wrong with the people I am friends with?"
When your drinks arrived Barry then spoke up. "You never denied it."
"Denied what?" You asked him. "That you secretly love the certain mix between a bear and unicorn." He said. "Well, uh, you never know. At times I love him, and at times, I think he's um..." You began to trail off trying to think of something. "Frustrating?" You added on.
He chuckled. "Still, just then you didn't deny it."
"Whatever. What are you even trying to prove?" You asked him.
"I'm trying to prove you love me." He winked. "And what if I said yes?" You said, curious.
He chuckled, "I would then ask, would you like the honor of being the legendary Barricorn's girlfriend?"
You blushed, "And what if I said yes?"
He smirked, "Then I'd be pretty happy." You smiled. "Well then, I love you." You said kindly.
"Okay, would you be my girlfriend?" He asked. You could tell he meant it in his eyes.
"Yes. I would be the magnificent legendary Barricorn's girlfriend." You said, laughing. He began to laugh to and that lunch became pretty special.
