~Chapter 10~

.:Barry:.
I sat down on her couch and sighed. It broke my heart watching her not be able to eat, or even sit up.
I looked at Twitter and saw Arin posted something on the Game Grumps account.

Hey guys! (Y/N) is currently sick and is in need of some lovin'!
Then again, she has Barry watching over her~
He better not do anything to my daughter....
*mumble mumble mumble*

Chuckling at Arin's tweet, I retweeted it. There were a lot of "Get well soon!" comments on the post. I heard fast-paced walking coming from (Y/N)'s room and I went to go check it out. What I saw was (Y/N) in her bathroom, hunched over the toilet. "Princess, you feeling okay?" I asked as I kneeled down beside her and began rubbing her back.
"Y-Yeah... Toast didn't sit right in my stomach..." She said. Her skin was paler than this morning.
"You feel done?" I asked, soothing her trembling body. "I-I think so..." She said as I helped her back to bed. Taking her temperature, it was 103°.
"We need to take you to go see a doctor. In the meantime, try some water." I told her, handing her the water bottle. She drank some, but it apparently didn't go down as she instantly ran back into the bathroom. I ran after her, holding her up over the toilet. There was nothing to throw up, but she still gagged.
"Let's try and get you dressed. Then we can go to the doctors." I said, helping her up. She sat on her bed as I picked out a big shirt and some sweat pants.
Helping her get dressed, she grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around herself.
We got into my car as I texted Arin and Dan. "Okay, let's go." I said, as she curled up in the passenger seat and fell asleep.

You woke up in the car when you felt it stop. Looking up, you saw the hospital.
Barry walked over to your side and helped you out. "Come on, princess." He said as he lifted you out of the car and placed you back down, closing the door.
You walked into the hospital and Barry checked you in.
"Miss (L/N)?" A doctor asked as he came into your room. "Yes..?" You asked weakly. "Okay, we are going to put you on some IVs and check your blood." He said, hooking you up and taking a sample of your blood. When the doctor left, Barry walked in. "How are you feeling now? Still like shit?" He asked and you smiled. "It could be worse. You never know." You said as Barry pulled a chair over and sat beside you.
After talking a bit with Barry, you heard the door open. Looking over, you saw Dan, Arin, and Suzy.
They walked over to you and Arin whistled. "Hooked up huh? How bad did you get?"
"She can't keep water down. Well, she kinda can't keep anything down." Barry told them.
"How are you feeling?" Dan asked, walking over to you and feeling your forehead. "Like shit." You said and he picked his hand up. "Your head is on fire. Better call a firefighter." Dan joked and you giggled.
"Yikes. I knew you were feeling bad, but not this bad." Suzy said.
The doctor soon returned with test results.
"It seems she has a very high fever plus a severe stomach bug. It was good you got her here this early in the stage." He said. "Just in case, we'll keep her here tonight." The doctor finished as he walked out of the room. "Well, at least I'll live." You said, breaking the silence.
