"I need two lawyers to work-", I had spaced out. My mind was all over the place and little one kicking my organs like a soccer ball did not help me focus any either. I was worrying and although I tried not too, I still do. I am worried about my brothers and my sister. I am worried about little one. I am worried that something might go wrong with the birth. I am just worried.
"-meeting adjourned. Anastasia, you stay back, please", Branson's voice carried through the meeting room, bringing me out of my thoughts. I closed my notepad that had been open on a blank page so that I could take notes just in case, but I had not been paying attention so it was still blank. I sighed rubbing my bump as I watched my colleagues exit the room. Once the last person had left I redirected my attention to my boss who had a thoughtful look upon his face.

"Uncle Ian?", I called curiously. He hummed still staring off into space. I frowned, "Why did you ask me to stay back?", I asked. He sighed before sitting down on the table staring down at me. "Sweetheart, is everything alright at home?", he asked hesitantly. My brows furrowed, "What do you mean?", I responded confused at just what he was getting at.
