this was just an idea I had... remember in star trek TNG when data gets infected by the holodeck and starts acting like a cowboy? Imagine the same thing happened, but with ifunny.
"Wesley, I ban you from using the holodeck ever again." The annoyed captain said.
"It wasn't my fault! I just wanted to see the features!"
"You can connect to the internet from your quarters. Dismissed!"
All this had come to be because Data had adopted the personalities of the IFunny features. It was very, very irritating to walk into Ten Forward and hear "when ur w/ the squad and ur lit af XD" every 10 seconds.
"Harambe has been dead for over 400 years and I still miss him." he would say randomly. Surely this would be over soon, right?
"If you don't start using some fresh memes right now, Ensign Sito, I'll have you relieved of duty."
"I've tracked down some of Ken Bone's descendants using Doctor Crusher's genetic sequencer."
"Computer, launch Pokémon Go: Dank Edition."
"Android lives matter."
This continued to the point that even the ever-patient Guinan told him to shut up. Data was constantly pestering everyone who crossed his path. Finally, the Enterprise was so fed up with him that they sold him to IFunny, Inc. Needless to say, he was very content staying there and even got to choose the features.
well, that was terrible. Terribly amazing.
