Son of Kronos

Chapter 4

Annabeth P.O.V

     It was Kronos.

     Everyone stared at the IM when the gods flashed in. Kronos started talking, "Hey children and grandkids, long time no see!" 

     "Seriously Kronos? Why are you here?!" asked several campers. 

     "Daddy?" asked Percy. 

     "Percy! Just who I wanted to talk to." Huh? 

     "Percy, he's your evil grandpa, not your dad." I pointed at Poseidon. "That's your dad." 

     "Huh?" Percy looked in between Poseidon and Kronos and decided to just stay quiet.

     "So anyway, why are you calling?" Asked a camper. 

     "Oh, no reason really. You already know that I'm rising in a month or so. Ok, I should tell you, I have a secret weapon on my side. He he he! Well, see ya!"

     "Ok, will someone please tell me why Kronos was so chill and relaxed as if he wasn't evil?" asked Leo. 

     I have no idea. Even mom looked clueless. "What was he talking about, a secret weapon? He seemed so confident about winning. Percy why are you incapable of helping us when we need you!"

     "Uh... Ooh, birdie!" Percy tried to explain, chasing after a Blue Jay. His ADHD was still there I guess. By the way, he needs new clothes. He can't wear the same clothes forever. "Piper, wanna go shopping with me for Percy?" 

     "Oh my Gods, yes! He's gonna look so adorable!" 

     "Hey, I'm coming if Piper's coming!" 

     "Me too!" Eventually, all the 7 decided to come, plus Thalia and Nico.

     We arrived at the mall and went through different stores, each of us having so much fun dressing up Percy like a doll or however we wanted because he didn't complain or anything. We snapped many pictures to use for blackmail on Percy in the future and because he was just so cute. Jason dressed him up as Superman, Piper made him look adorable in many different outfits, Thalia and Nico made him into a goth (which btw was hilarious!), Hazel dressed him up a nerd because we all told her to, Frank dressed Percy up as a bear, Leo dressed him up flamin' and fiery looking, and I dressed Percy up in sea green clothing and finding Nemo clothing which he loved so we bought them along with the goth one cause it was just too funny. Also, a couple other sweaters, shirts, pants, shoes and hats.

     We were just about to leave the mall when we passed by the Disney store. "Nemo! Nemo!" Percy gave us all big cute seal eyes and we just had to buy him the Nemo plush. He hugged it tightly the whole way back. He was just so cute! When we got back to camp, we ate dinner then tucked Percy in and went to sleep. Little did we know that was the last time we'd see Percy for a long time...
